| Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the combined use of kidney-strengthening ointment with Ren-Du moxibustion to observe its clinical effects in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)with kidney deficiency and coldness,with the intention of providing new ideas and protocols for the treatment of AS in a safer and more effective way.Ways: A total of 93 patients with AS with kidney deficiency and cold in the governor were included in this present study.Randomized into three groups,the control group A(treatment with oral SASP)comprised 31 cases,the treatment group B(combined with Chinese medicine cream treatment)31 cases,and the treatment group C(combined with Rendu moxibustion treatment)31 cases,the total was 31.24 weeks of continuous treatment observation;To document and evaluate the conditions of the observational indicators(laboratory indicators,spinal mobility,BASDAI and BASFI scores,TCM evidence points,etc.)of the patients before and after treatment.Results:1.24 weeks after treatment,the three groups of laboratory index(ESR,CRP,IL-6,TNF alpha)are lower,and there is statistical significance(P< 0.05).The two treatment groups(Chinese ointment AIDS treatment group,Chinese ointment AIDS combined with Ren du moxibustion treatment group)were better than the control group(P<0.05),and the Chinese ointment AIDS combined with Ren du moxibustion treatment group was better than the Chinese ointment AIDS treatment group(P<0.05).2.24 weeks after treatment,the three groups of spinal mobility(pillow wall distance,refers to the distance,thoracic mobility,the Schober test)were improved,and there is statistical significance(P < 0.05);In the two treatment groups(ointment,zi zi in the treatment group,ointment with ren du moxibustion therapy group)were superior to control group(P < 0.05),the ointment zi joint ren du jiu ointment in the treatment group is more superior to AIDS treatment group(P < 0.05).3.After 24 weeks of treatment,the BASDAI and BASFI scores of the three groups were decreased,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The two treatment groups(Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group,Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).4.After 24 weeks of treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were decreased,but there was no statistical significance in the western medicine control group(P>0.05),and there was statistical significance in the two treatment groups(P<0.05).The two treatment groups(Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group,Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group combined with Rendang moxibustion treatment group)were superior to the control group(P<0.05),and the Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group combined with Rendang moxibustion treatment group was superior to the Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group(P<0.05).5.After 24 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 48.4% in the control group,80.6% in the Chinese herbal ointment treatment group,and 93.5%in the Chinese herbal ointment and moxibustion treatment group.The two treatment groups(Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group,Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).6.After 24 weeks of treatment,in terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of control group A was 74.2%,the total effective rate of Chinese herbal cream nourishing treatment group was 87.1%,and the total effective rate of Chinese herbal cream nourishing combined with moxibustion was 93.5%.The two treatment groups(Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group,Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group and Chinese medicinal paste nourishing treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Bushen strong Du cream and Ren Du moxibustion in the treatment of kidney deficiency and cold AS can be obvious reduce the inflammatory indicators(ESR,CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)of patients,improved spinal range of motion(occipital wall distance,digital ground distance,thoracic range of motion,Schober test),the BASDAI,BASFI scores and TCM syndrome scores of patients were reduced.The effective rate is higher and the clinical effect is better. |
