Clinical Observation On Delaying Progression Of Chronic Kidney Disease By Combination Of Internal And External Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: to observe the curative effect of different ways in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD),analysis of the biochemical index and Clinical symptoms of TCM of the different ways,it is to summarize the advantage of internal and external treatment of TCM compare to the single internal treatment of TCM,and based on the above clinical observation,to explore the pathological mechanisms of the Chinese meridians and acupoints and provide the theoretical basis in the treatment CKD.Methods: According to the formulation of inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and excluding standard,181 cases chronic kidney disease patients in the Liaoning traditional Chinese medicine hospital from November 2016 to July 2017 were selected.According to the therapy method of the patients,the cases were divided into four groups,group A,group B,group C and group D.Four groups were treated with general therapy and routine treatment.Goup A was the control group,treated with Renal Failure Decoction.Group B patients were treated with the low-frequency pulse electric therapy on the basis of group A.Group C patients were treated with application on the basis of group A.Group D patients were treated with both the low-frequency pulse electric therapy with acupoint application,acupoints application on the basis of group A,treatment for 10-14 days.Record and analysis of each group of urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Scr),the glomerular filtration rate(e GFR),and TCM symptoms integral in before and after treatment,and then,analysis the clinic efficacy by the data.Results:1.Biochemical index of Scr,BUN and e GFR: the significant difference was shown in the comparison of self pre-and post-control observation of four groups.Scr,BUN and e GFR in post treatment of each group were improve.Comparison among groups,Low Frequency electric pulse treatment combined Acupoint application can improve patients' Scr,which is statistically significant.By comparison of the renal function,there are different degrees of improvement,the most is the triple therapy,the two therapy second,the single internal treatment last.2.Comparison of clinic symptoms integral: there was statistically significant difference the comparison of self pre-and post-control observation of four groups.In the two therapies,there was no statistically significant difference between low-frequency pulse electrotherapy and acupoint application.Compared to the improvement of symptoms,triple therapy was the most,followed by two therapy,and finally the simple internal therapy.Conclusion:1.The triple therapy is more beneficial to the improvement of TCM symptoms than the two therapies and the single internal therapy.2.Acupoint application and low frequency electric pulse treatment can improved the level of BUN,Scr and e GFR of patients with chronic kidney disease by a certain of extend;Acupoint application combined low frequency electric pulse treatment can improve the leve of Scr,statistically significantly;3.The treatment of non-dialysis patients with chronic renal disease can be better treated by internal and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and it is worth promoting in clinical practice?...
