| Purpose:Effect of this topic through to observe the effect of Bushen Jiangzhuo Decoction on spleen and kidney qi deficiency, wet turbidity and blood stasis syndrome of chronic renal failure(azotemia) clinical efficacy in patients with and of Bushen drop turbid soup treatment in patients with chronic renal failure(CRF). The efficacy and safety of objective evaluation.Method:1.Select 65 cases of spleen kidney qi deficiency, dampness and blood stasis type of chronic renal failure patients, divided into treatment group of 33 cases, 32 cases in the control group. In the foundation treatment based on, treatment group was treated with Bushen descending turbid soup, a daily agent, with 500 ml of water flushes the clothing,each time 250 ml. Sooner or later the service; the control group oral Shenshuaining capsule,6 capsules each time, a day 3 times.2.Before treatment in two groups of patients with sex, age, the main symptom, renal function, serum cystatin C(Gys C) serum potassium(k), hemoglobin(Hgb), red blood cell(RBC), were compared to determine the two groups can be compared.3.Treatment for 8 weeks, respectively in after the treatment of 4 weeks, 8 weeks observation of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with symptoms change, symptom score; and detection in patients with renal function, serum cystatin C, serum potassium,hemoglobin, red blood cells of the data were analyzed statistically observed clinical curative effect.Result:1.65 patients, excluding 3 cases, 2 cases of loss, the 60 cases were included in this study.2.Two groups of the total symptom score, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen,serum cystatin C 4 weeks after treatment than before treatment were decreased, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05) and the treatment group than the control group, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05); after 8 weeks of treatment,decreased more obvious, as compared with that before treatment, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05) and the treatment group than the control group, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).3.Two groups of hemoglobin, red blood cell 4 weeks after treatment than before treatment were increased, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05) and the treatment group than the control group, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05);8 weeks of treatment, the increased more significantly, compared with before treatment,the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05) and the treatment group than the control group, the difference has statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.Two groups before and after treatment serum potassium were no obvious change, no statistical significance(P>0.05).Two. 4 weeks after treatment, the 5 groups were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), after 8 weeks of treatment, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Bushen descending turbidity Decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency, dampness and blood stasis type of CRF, can significantly lower in patients with serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and serum cystatin C levels, and the effect is renal failure Ning capsule and the control group was significantly;2.Kidney descending turbidity Decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency, dampness and blood stasis type of CRF, can significantly improve the patients with hemoglobin, red blood cell levels and kidney Jiangzhuo decoction is better than the clinical effect of Shenshuai Ning capsule and the control group.3.Kidney descending turbidity Decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney qi deficiency, dampness and blood stasis type of CRF, can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of the patients, improve the quality of life of the patients, to delay the progression of chronic renal failure play great clinical effect. |
