Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Jiawei Yupingfeng Powder In Treating Nephritis Proteinuria Of Lung And Kidney Qi Deficiency

Purpose:Investigate the efficacy of Added Yupingfeng Powder in treating nephritis proteinuria in subjects with TCM pattern: lung and kidney qi deficiency,and investigate indexes before and after the treatment to make sure the efficacy of Added Yupingfeng Powder in treating nephritis proteinuria.Material and method:Select the samples who meet the standard of diagnosis for primary glomerulonephritis and lung and kidney qi deficiency,are between 16~77 years old,and serum creatinine(Scr)in the normal level.The 60 samples who meet the inclusion criteria are randomly assigned to the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).All 60 samples are received conventional western medicine such as angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI)or angiotensin receptor blockers(ARB)to reduce proteinuria,calcium channel blocker to reduce blood pressure,and fibrates or statins to adjust blood lipid.Put Added Yupingfeng Powder(including huangqi30 g,baizhu20g,fangfeng5 g,tusizi15g,shanyurou15 g,gouqizi15g,sharen5 g,jinyingzi15g,qianshi15 g,maidong10g,taizishen20g)in the treatment group on the basis of conventional western medical therapy.This herbs are processed in the boiling room of Liaoning University of TCM to decoct with water to 300 ml.Drink three times a day,8 weeks in all.And adjust the herbs based on patient's different syndromes.Test proteinuria,24-hour urinary protein,urine microalbumin,random urinary creatinine and urinary albumin excretion rate of the two groups before and after the treatment.And compare the differences of efficacy,TCM clinical syndrome and indexes between the two groups by statistical software.Results: 1.Both treatment and control groups have the statistical significance on efficacy.And the efficacy of treatment group is better than control group's. 2.Both treatment and control groups have the statistical significance on the score of TCM symptoms.And the score of TCM symptoms of treatment group except lusterless complexion reduces more obviously than control group's. 3.The urine microalbumin,proteinuria,24-hour urinary protein,and urinary albumin excretion rate of the treatment group reduce more obviously than control group's. Conclusion: 1.Added Yupingfeng Powder has the effect on primary chronic glomerulonephritis. 2.Added Yupingfeng Powder has the obvious effect on reducing proteinuria excretion(urine microalbumin,proteinuria,24-hour urinary protein,urinary albumin excretion rate). 3.Added Yupingfeng Powder can improve patient's clinical symptoms obviously.
