Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is recognized as a public health problem worldwide.The overall prevalence of Chronic kidney disease is 10.8%,so the number of patients with chronic nephropathy in China is estimated at 119.5 million[1].As the decline in renal function,produce a series of electrolytes,water,sodium,protein,carbohydrate,fat and other metabolic disorders,and generate the cardiovascular system,digestive system,blood system,endocrine dysfunction syndrome,called Chronic renal failure(CRF).In recent years,medical research has found that the kidney is one of the highly sensitive organs of the OS.The development of kidney disease is always under oxidative stress [2].Research has now confirmed that oxidative stress can induce apoptosis.This pathological process can lead to the development of chronic renal failure [3].In most organisms,superoxide dismutase acts primarily to help cells defend against oxidative stress [4].Since the final decomposition product of lipid peroxidation(LPO)is malondialdehyde,malondialdehyde may represent an increase in oxygen free radicals in the body.The study [5] found that the body's oxidative stress in early CRF patients has been enhanced.The degree of oxidative stress increased with the deterioration of renal function,and hemodialysis patients showed heaviness.Objective: By observing and studying the effects of Shenxuan Fang and its disassembled prescriptions on the levels of SOD,MDA,Scr,BUN,ALT,and ALB in rats with chronic renal failure,it was confirmed that Chinese medicine treatment can improve the state of oxidative stress and nitrogen in rats with chronic renal failure.Hyperlipidemia,nutritional status,elimination of drug liver and kidney toxicity,and the purpose of reversing the distribution of TCM pathogenesis of chronic renal failure based on drug efficacy.Material and method:Shenshuai Decoction was applied to the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine for many years,and its efficacy was positive.In accordance with the three major medicinal effects of “Buyi”,“Huayu” and “Xiezhuo”,the Shenshuai Decoction was split into three groups.Buyi group:Huangqi,Taizishen,Shanyao,Baizhu,Shanzhuyu,Tusizi,Niuxi;Huayu group:Danshen,Mudanpi;Xiezhuo group:Chenpi,Banxia,Guanghuoxiang,Peilan, Sharen,Dahuang.The Chronic renal failure rats was established by Yokozawa method.All model making group rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: model group,Shenshuai Decoction group,losartan group,Buyi group,Huayu group and Xiezhuo group.The rats of model group and blank group were given the purified water 10 m L/(kg·d),the rats of losartan group were given the solution,the concentration of the solution was 0.9mg/ml,the rats of Buyi group,Huayu group,Xiezhuo group,Shenshuai Decoction group were respectively given the decoction,the concentrationof every decoction was 1.0g/ml,0.2g/ml,0.7g/ml,2.0g/ml.After 8 weeks,all rats' Scr,BUN,ALT,ALB were analyzed by biochemical tests,and the rats' SOD and MDA were analyzed by colorimetric tests.Measurement data analysis using statistical software SPSS17.0,the mean±standard deviation means((?)±s).Using one-way ANOVA,LSD test was used to compare the blank group,the model group and the treatment groups.P<0.05 indicates that the difference was statistically significant.Results: 1.The level of Scr: blank group< Shenshuai Decoction group< Xiezhuo group< Huayu group< losartan group< Buyi group<model group.The Shenshuai Decoction group had the best effect in reducing the levels of Scr,and there was no significant difference between the Shenshuai Decoction group and the Xiezhuo group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the Huayu group,Buyi group and losartan group(P>0.05).The level of BUN: blank group< Shenshuai Decoction group< Xiezhuo group< Huayu group< Buyi group< losartan group<model group.The Shenshuai Decoction group had the best effect in reducing the levels of BUN,and there was no significant difference between the Shenshuai Decoction group and the Xiezhuo group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the Huayu group,Buyi group and losartan group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of ALT between groups(P>0.05),whether they were between groups or between blank groups.The levels of ALB: model group < losartan group < Huayu group < Xiezhuo group< Buyi group < Shenshuai Decoction group <blank group.Shenshuai Decoction group had the best effect in improving ALB levels,and there was no significant difference between Shenshuai Decoction group and Buyi group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between Xiezhuo group,Huayu group and losartan group(P>0.05).2.The SOD activity: model group<losartan group<Xiezhuo group<Huayu group< Buyi group< Shenshuai Decoction group<blank group.The Shenshuai Decoction group had the best effect in improving the SOD activity,and there was no significant difference between the Shenshuai Decoction group,Buyi group and Huayu group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the losartan group and Xiezhuo group(P>0.05).The level of MDA: blank group< Shenshuai Decoction group< Buyi group<Huayu group<Xiezhuo group<losartan group <model group.The Shenshuai Decoction group had the best effect in reducing the level of MDA,and there was no significant difference between the Shenshuai Decoction group,Buyi group and Huayu group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the losartan group and Xiezhuo group(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.Shenshuai Decoction and its components can improve the state of weight loss in rats with chronic renal failure.2.Shenshuai Decoction and its components can significantly reduce the serum Scr and BUN levels in chronic renal failure rats.Shenshuai Decoction has the best curative effect,and Xiezhuo group has the second best therapeutic effect.Shenshuai Decoction can effectively improve the azotemia in rats with chronic renal failure,and it has a good effect on the symptoms of chronic renal failure.3.Shenshuai Decoction and its components did not improve plasma ALT levels in rats with chronic renal failure.There was no significant risk of liver injury in patients with renal failure.Shenshuai Decoction and its components can significantly increase the level of serum ALB in rats with chronic renal failure.Shenshuai Decoction has the best curative effect,and the Buyi group has the second best effect.Shenshuai Decoction can effectively improve the nutritional status of rats with chronic renal failure.4.Shenshuai Decoction and its components can effectively reduce the inhibition of SOD activity and reduce the MDA level.Shenshuai Decoction has the best curative effect,and the Buyi group and the Huayu group have the best curative effect.Shenshuai Decoction can effectively improve the state of OS in chronic renal failure rats and delay the progression of kidney disease.5.Shenshuai Decoction and its components can improve the state of chronic renal failure oxidative stress.The difference lies in that,compared with the Xiezhuo group medicine,the Buyi group and the Huayu group medicine can assist the kidney failure side to improve the OS status of chronic renal failure by supplementing the spleen and kidney and activating blood circulation.Oxidative stress in chronic renal failure belongs to deficiency of spleen and kidney in traditional Chinese medicine and blood stasis.
