Purpose:To observe the curative effect of Yukui Decoction on the beauty of salad particles resistance spleen kidney yang deficiency, damp toxin implication type, ulcerative colitis, and the expression of TLR4 and NF-?Bin intestinal mucosa before and after treatment, the mechanism of treating UC patients with ulcer of the beauty of salad resistance.Method:During the period from April 2016 to November 2017 from the General Hospital of Shenyang military region of the 42 UC patients,UC patients were selected as the salad and drug resistance, syndrome of spleen kidney yang deficiency, damp intrinsic type.To observe the clinical symptoms and the changes of colonic mucosa in patients with UC before and after treatment, the expression of TLR4 and NF-?B in intestinal mucosa before and after treatment were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: 1.After treatment, the DAI score of clinical symptoms decreased significantly, and there was a significant difference compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05).2.After the treatment, the total effective rate of the mucous membrane under the electron colonoscopy was 92.1%.3.The expression level of TLR4 and NF-?B in the intestinal mucosa before and after treatment was significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The DAI score of UC patients in the active period can be significantly reduced and the clinical symptoms of the patients are improved.2.The healing of the patients with UC has a good repair effect on the intestinal mucosal lesion.3.The therapeutic effect of Yu Kui Decoction on methalazine resistant UC patients may play a therapeutic role by downregulating the expression of TLR4 and NF-?B in the intestinal mucosa.
