| Purpose:To observe the effect of Xianlinggubao Capsule on functional rehabilitation of ankle fracture after operation.Material and method: 60 cases of ankle joint fracture in Department of orthopedics of Shenyang military area general hospital were selected from October 2015 to June 2017 by random parallel control method.TCM was diagnosed as fracture disease and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups were treated with routine swelling,open reduction and internal fixation,and routine anti infection after operation.Second days after the operation,the muscle strength and joint activity were practiced in the way of "Department of orthopedics Rehabilitation ".The treatment group was given the Xianling Gu Bao capsule orally on the second day after the operation,1.5g/ times,2 times / day for 6 weeks,and the control group was given Melilotus Extract Tablet orally,50mg/ times,3 times for 6 weeks after second days after the operation.The patients were followed up for 3 weeks,March and June.The swollen value,joint mobility,VAS score and AOFAS score of two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results: 1.The swelling value was measured 3 weeks after operation.The swelling degree of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05);the degree of swelling in the treatment group in March was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the swelling value in June after the operation(P>0.05).The range of joint activity in the treatment group was larger than that of the control group 2.VAS scores after 3,3 and 6 months were compared.The pain level in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was all in the treatment group.It was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.AOFAS scores were compared in 3 months and 6 months after operation.The functional recovery of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Xianling Gu Bao capsule has less effect on early postoperative swelling after ankle fracture than Melilotus Extract Tablet.2.Xianling Gu Bao capsule has obvious effect on the improvement of joint mobility after ankle fracture surgery,and is superior to Melilotus Extract Tablet.3.Xianling Gu Bao capsule has obvious effect on pain relief after ankle fracture surgery,and is better than Melilotus Extract Tablet.4.Xianling Gu Bao capsule has significant improvement in AOFAS score after ankle fracture surgery,and is better than Melilotus Extract Tablet. |
