Clinical Efficacy Observation On The Swelling And Pain Relief Capsule Used In Functional Rehabilitation After Fracture Surgery For Ankle Joints

Objective: This subject,by treating and dealing with the swelling and pain of the ankle after it undergoes fracture surgery,observing the treatment effect of the swelling and pain relief capsule to the swelling and pain of the ankle after the fracture surgery of the ankle joint,and improving the clinical rehabilitation effect of the ankle joint function,further analyzing and summarizing the causes of the dysfunction of the ankle joint after fracture surgery,observing and summarizing the clinical efficacy and safety of the swelling and pain relief capsule combined with functional exercise in the functional rehabilitation of fractures after ankle joint surgery,provides reference materials and reference basis for further clinical application of the swelling and pain relief capsule,and provides a new functional rehabilitation program after ankle fracture.Methods: This experiment uses a double-blind random design.Patients with fractures of the ankle caused by an injury admitted to the hospital who accepted the surgery of double orbital fracture open reduction internal fixation were included as experimental subjects;the time span of this trial was from December 2016 to August 2017.The sample content was 90 people.They were randomly assigned to one group in use of sodium aescinate and the other group in the use of sodium aescinate combined with the swelling and pain relief capsule,45 cases in each group.After surgery,the patients were treated with basic treatment and combined with ankle function training.The control group was the sodium aescinate group,and the experimental group was the sodium aescinate combined with the swelling and pain relief capsule group.Two randomized experimental control subjects were observed before surgery,3 days after surgery,7 days after surgery,14 days after surgery,and 21 days after surgery on degree of ankle swelling,efficacy of detumescence,ankle joint pain score,ankle joint function score and ankle joint activity score,ankle X-ray film score,ankle arthroflexion And the dynamic changes of diastolic peak flow rate,APTT and PT coagulation time,plasma D-dimer,C-reactive protein,ESR,immune factors,liver function and renal function,and using SPSS 23.0 statistical software for 90 cases,the clinical data of the subjects were statistically processed and analyzed,and the changes in the relevant indicators of the two groups were analyzed to evaluate the clinical treatment effects.Results: As a result,the control group,the sodium aescinate group and the combined experimental group,the sodium aescinate plus the swelling and pain relief capsule group,there were significant differences in the detection indexes between the two groups.In the swelling of the ankle joint,swelling degree,swelling effect,ankle joint pain score,ankle joint functional score and ankle joint activity score,ankle X-ray film score,the peak flow rate of ankle joint dorsal artery systolic and diastolic,APTT and PT clotting time,plasma D-dimer,C-reactive protein,ESR,immune factors,and other tests: the sodium aescinate combined with the swelling and pain relief capsule group was superior to the sodium aescinate group.The difference between the sodium group and the combination group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The swelling and pain relief capsule can effectively eliminate the swelling and pain of the ankle joint after fracture surgery,and can effectively improve the function of the ankle joint.The clinical efficacy is more significant when the swelling and pain relief capsule is combined with the sodium aescinate.The combination of the two can play a synergistic role and increase the therapeutic effect,reduce the degree of pain in patients,also play an important role in eliminating postoperative swelling of ankle joints,reducing the risk of complications during perioperative period,and shortening the cycle of swelling,promote the rapid repair of the injured ankle,and the rehabilitation of the ankle joint function with obvious effects,is of significant curative effect,high safety,economical benefits,and outstanding clinical value.This has achieved a good clinical effect,is a safe and effective treatment,suitable for clinical promotion.
