Purpose:To investigate and compare the clinical efficacy of treating dysphagia after stroke(Wind-phlegm and Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Syndrome)in the treatment of bloodletting therapy, observing the principle and optimal efficiency of treating dysphagia after stroke(Wind-phlegm and Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Syndrome)by acupuncture and bloodletting therapy and providing the basis for further research.Material and method:All patients in the clinical study were derived in October 2016 and 2017 in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated First Hospital of acupuncture(Neurology)of hospitalized patients,a total of 80 cases. All patients,in accordance with the random number table, were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. There were 40 cases in each group. Both groups underwent routine treatments including Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine. On the basis of routine treatments, the treatment group was added to be given a coalescent method including bloodletting therapy and acupuncture, the control group was only to be given the conventional therapeutic method of acupuncture. Both groups of every 7 days for a course of treatment, after 4 courses, observing the situation of improvement of swallowing function, the swallowing-related quality of life and clinical effective percentage.Result:According to the results of statistical data, there was no difference between two groups in gender, age, courses of disease, the type of stroke and so on(P>0.05).There is a comparability between two groups.According the Kubota wallowing rating evaluation method, there was no significant statistical difference between two groups before treatments(P>0.05),witch presented that two groups had the comparability. After receiving the treatments, the grade of two groups were decreased in Kubota swallowing ability rating, the swallowing function of two groups were improved, and the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).The degressive grades of the treatment group is more visible than the control group after receiving the treatment, the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).It is showed that the treatment group has a better effect on improving the swallowing function compare with the control group.According to the comparison of the swallowing function by SSA,there was no significant statistical difference between two groups before treatments(P>0.05),witch presented that two groups had the comparability. After receiving the treatment, the scores of two groups were decreased, the swallowing function of two groups were improved, and the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).The degressive scores of the treatment group is more visible than the control group after receiving the treatment, the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).It is showed that the treatment group has a better effect on improving the swallowing function compare with the control group.According to the score of swallowing-related quality of life(SWAL-QOL),there was no significant statistical difference between two groups before treatments(P>0.05),witch presented that two groups had the comparability. After receiving the treatments, the scores of two groups were increased in SWAL-QOL,the quality of life of two groups were improved, and the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).The increased scores of the treatment group is more visible than the control group after receiving the treatment, the differences were statistically significance(P<0.05).It is showed that the treatment group has a better effect on improving the quality of life compare with the control group. In Kubota swallowing rating evaluation method, the results showed that after the treatments of acupuncture and bloodletting therapy,13 cases were cured,22 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid in the treatment group, the total effective rates is 87.5%,and 9 cases were cured,19 cases were effective,11 cases were invalid in the control group, the total effective rates is 71.8%,witch clarify that both bloodletting therapy and the conventional therapeutic method of acupuncture can improve the swallowing function and the swallowing-related quality of life of patients, the treatments of bloodletting therapy combined with acupuncture has better therapeutic effects.Conclusion:1.Both treatments of acupuncture and bloodletting therapy can improve the swallowing function and the swallowing-related quality of life of patients obviously of dysphagia after stroke(Wind-phlegm and Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Syndrome).2.The treatment of bloodletting therapy has a effective clinical efficacy of treating dysphagia after stroke(Wind-phlegm and Blood Stasis Blocking Collaterals Syndrome),which is good for a further promotion.
