Clinical Study Of Streamer Blood Pricking Treatment Wind Phlegm Stasis Type Stroke Sequel

Purpose: According to the Ziwuliuzhu theory of time bloodletting combined with conventional acupuncture therapeutic effect in the treatment of wind phlegm type stroke sequelae,better the theory of time and bleeding effect application in clinical,for the clinical treatment wind phlegm type stroke to explore new methods was observed.Method: 60 cases of wind phlegm Blocking Collaterals stroke patients,which were selected from the Acupuncture Department of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Department of internal medicine,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.At the time of patients with Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy for the treatment group,the control group only with conventional acupuncture treatment.Streamer of pricking blood therapy with Ziwuliuzhu Najia method of acupoints,in selected acupoints pricking blood therapy;acupuncture is dominated by conventional acupuncture.1 period of treatment is 7 days,a total of 4 courses of treatment,1 days rest between the course of treatment.Result: According to the activities of daily living(ADL)assessment criteria,neural function defect score(NDS)assessment criteria.After the end of treatment,the two groups were improved,the treatment group was 90% of the total effective rate,the control group was 73.33% of the total effective rate,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The curative effect of treatment group was higher than that of control group.Conclusion: After treatment the streamer thorn blood group and simple routine acupuncture group have improved,significantly improve the daily living ability of the patients and the degree of neurological deficit.After the end of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the neurological deficits and daily living ability of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with the control group,and there was a certain clinical effect.
