Study On The Correlation Between TCM Syndrome Differentiation And The Prognosis Of Patients With Advanced Gastric Cancer

Purpose:Objective to explore the relationship between the distribution pattern of TCM syndrome differentiation and prognosis in patients with advanced gastric cancer,and to determine whether TCM syndrome differentiation of gastric cancer is a related or independent factor affecting the survival time of patients.Material and method:Collect the progress in the treatment of gastric cancer death in 44 patients with tumor hospital from January 2013 to January 2017 in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the establishment of every patient's clinical information database,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,all patients with gastric cancer were selected according to the unified standards will be the last time of hospital patients with symptoms of re syndromes were used for survival analysis Kaplan-Meier method,Log-rank test was applied to all patients' age,gender,smoking history,drinking history,clinical TNM staging and metastasis,there is no effusion,surgery,chemotherapy and is not the last hospital of TCM syndrome type and other factors were compared with univariate survival analysis,which has significance in univariate analysis the variable,then the significant variables into the Cox regression model for multivariate analysis,concluded that TCM syndrome differentiation Type is a related or independent risk factor that affects the prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Results: 1.Patients were divided into 6 types,respectively: the disharmony between liver and stomach,spleen and stomach qi stagnation and blood stasis,phlegm,Qi and blood coagulation type two deficiency,stomach yin type.2.The median survival time of 2.44 patients with gastric cancer died in the extended period was 8.5 months.The survival rates of 3,6,12,and 24 months were 90.91%,70.45%,40.91% and 13.64%,respectively.3.The differentiation of median survival from long to short followed by disharmony between liver and stomach,spleen deficiency type two Qi deficiency,qi stagnation and blood stasis,stomach yin type,phlegm damp type.Qi stagnation and blood stasis,phlegm dampness stagnation,stomach yin type median survival period was significantly lower than that of incoordination between the liver and stomach and spleen deficiency type,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.4.Multivariate analysis of risk factors for death in advanced gastric cancer showed that factors such as TNM staging,metastasis,operation and TCM syndrome differentiation were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer,P<0.05.Conclusion: 1.TNM tumor stage,metastasis,surgery and TCM syndrome differentiation were independent prognostic factors in patients with advanced gastric cancer,so for each patient accurate staging can evaluate the survival time of the patients,timely surgical treatment and prevention of recurrence of metastasis and the TCM syndrome early reasonably the treatment can prolong the survival time of the patients.2.Liver depression and spleen deficiency are one of the causes of gastric cancer.Phlegm Dampness Retention and stomach heat and Yin damage are the progressive diseases of gastric cancer.Early treatment with etiological factors can effectively reduce the risk of death in patients with gastric cancer.3.Effective combination of Chinese and Western medicine to explore ways to improve survival time of gastric cancer patients,give full play to TCM anti-tumor,prolong the survival time of patients and improve the quality of life of patients is very necessary.
