Purpose:The Delphi method was used to investigate the risk factors of community-acquired pneumonia in children.Entries with high degree of expert opinion and coordination were selected to make a clinical investigation on the clinical questionnaire of children's community-acquired risk factors for pneumonia.The risk factors And protective factors to provide evidence-based clinical evidence for the prevention of community-acquired pneumonia in children.Material and method:Based on previous literature on risk factors for children with community-acquired pneumonia,the Delphi method was used to assess the prevalence of community-acquired pneumonia in children from age,birth,diet,human condition,past medical history,environmental factors,antibiotic use,and family factors In this aspect,we designed a questionnaire on the risk factors of community-acquired pneumonia in children and conducted two rounds of questionnaires to 100 pediatricians nationwide in the form of a combination of e-mail and WeChat.Based on the results of expert feedback,we screened the items with high degree of expert opinion and coordination to draw up the "Childhood Community-acquired Pneumonia Risk Factors Clinical Questionnaire",and from December 2016 to December 2017,the children who visited the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine A questionnaire survey was conducted to select 540 cases that satisfied the inclusion criteria.Univariate and multivariate regression analyzes were performed using SPSS software to explore the risk factors and protective factors of children with community-acquired pneumonia.Results: 1.The first round of expert questionnaire results: a positive coefficient of 100% experts,151 entries screened into the second round of questionnaires.2.The results of the second round of questionnaires: The positive coefficient of experts was 83%,and 105 items were screened out to prepare the "Childhood Community-acquired Pneumonia Risk Factors Clinical Questionnaire." 3.Clinical studies have shown that children with pneumonia in winter high,followed by spring and autumn,the least in summer.4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that: 1-3 years old,congenital diseases,recurrent respiratory tract infections,passive smoking,air pollution,admission to hospital and history of influenza exposure were all antibiotics with antibiotics,B> 0 And OR> 1,is a risk factor for childhood pneumonia;breastfeeding one year old,interior decoration more than 5 years of B <0 and OR <1,is a protective factor in children with pneumonia.Conclusion: 1.After two rounds of expert questionnaires,experts' opinions about the risk factors of pneumonia in children basically converged.2.Compared with other seasons,the incidence of pneumonia in children is the highest in winter.3.Childhood pneumonia risk factors and age,past history,flu exposure,environmental pollution,abuse of antibiotics;protective factors and feeding methods,interior decoration environment.
