A Literature Review Of Risk Factors For Children With Pneumonia And Logistic Regression Analysis Of Clinically Relevant Factors

Objective:In this paper,through the analysis of risk factors in children with pneumonia in the past 20 years and the use of child pneumonia risk factors to investigate the registration form,the clinical data were collected,sorted out and analyzed to explore the risk and protective factors of pneumonia in children,and to provide a scientific basis for the next step in the prevention and treatment of pneumonia in children.Method:Through the use of Chinese biomedical literature online database(CBM)and "pneumonia","children","factors","dangerous","high risk" as the key words,in the literature to retrieve the title,and the use of three major authoritative database Chinese academic journals(CNKI),Chinese science and technology journals(CQVIP),the Chinese Academic Journal Database(CSPD),we collected the literature on the risk factors of pneumonia in children published in the period from 1996 to 2016,and used Note Express software to remove the duplicate literature,and then obtained the full text of 2038.The data of the risk factors were analyzed in 107 articles that met the literature inclusion criteria,and the same risk factors were classified and sorted by frequency of occurrence.Based on the risk factors of literature research,a questionnaire on the risk factors of pneumonia in children was established.From December 2015 to November 2016,100 cases of children who came to Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Dalian Children's Hospital were investigated on a quarterly basis.Eight patients who were included in the questionnaire and who did not meet the questionnaire were included in the questionnaire,and 392 questionnaires that met the inclusion criteria were established by the database.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the risk factors of univariate analysis(P <0.05)in multivariate regression analysis.According to Logistic regression analysis,B(regression coefficient)and OR(odds ratio)were used to determine the risk factors and protective factors of pneumonia in children.Results:1.In the literature study,107 articles were selected,43 were from core journals,62 were classified as statistical journals,and the top five risk factors were age,environmental pollution(including indoor and outdoor),congenital heart disease,seasonal climate,malnutrition.2.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that passive smoking,recurrent respiratory tract infection,air pollution,congenital disease B>0,OR>1,are the risk factors of pneumonia in children;reasonable diet,indoor decoration for more than 5 years,infant breastfeeding B <0,OR <1,are the protective factors of pneumonia in children.Conclusion:1.Literature studies show that age(infants and young children more common),environmental pollution(including indoor and outdoor),congenital heart disease,seasonal climate,malnutrition are common risk factors for children,other low frequency factors are premature birth,personal allergies and immunization Abnormal function and other 50 items.2.Questionnaire survey shows that passive smoking,recurrent respiratory tract infection,air pollution,congenital disease are the risk factors for children with pneumonia;reasonable diet,interior decoration for more than 5 years,infant breastfeeding are the protective factors of pneumonia in children.
