Purpose:Through the investigation and understanding of the status quo of TCM decoction pieces specifications to chinese medicine hospital in a province,The research of this topic through statistical analysis explores and determines the method and process of TCM decoction pieces product specifications,and provides a reference for the relevant departments to develop and improve the TCM decoction pieces sunshine procurement catalog bid specifications,so as to promote the implementation of sunshine procurement policy and ensure the quality of TCM decoction pieces.Methods:1.Literature research method is used to search the domestic and international publicly published literature about the TCM decoction pieces bid procurement and the historical specifications,fully understand the the status quo of TCM decoction pieces procurement and specifications,and grasp the latest research results.Selected ten kinds of clinical commonly used TCM decoction pieces as the model for research.2.Field research method is used,the research group visited the site to inspect the specifications of ten kinds of TCM decoction pieces purchased by chinese medicine hospital in a province,and got a preliminary understanding of the status quo of chinese hospital pieces procurement and the specifications of pieces.Through the design of the questionnaire,a sample survey was conducted on a chinese medicine hospital in a province to determine the types and specifications of the TCM decoction pieces commonly used in medical institutions.3.Statistical analysis method is used to make descriptive statistical analysis on the commonly used product specifications of the ten TCM decoction pieces purchased by a Chinese medicine hospital in a province and to try to determine the bid specifications that based on modern science and easy to be included in the purchasing catalog.Results:This research obtains the basic investigation index through the literature review method,and uses questionnaires and other forms to demonstrate.Through the bidding and purchasing mode of medicines and the method to determine ten kinds of TCM decoction pieces(Licoricetablets,angelica,whitepeonyroot,Chuanxiong,Rehmannia,Codonopsis,Atractyl odes,Ophiopogon Japonicus,Poria and Coptis)as an example,after the questionnaire survey and statistical analysis of the results,these ten kinds of TCM decoction pieces are obtained in Liaoning provincial Hospital of traditional chinese medicine specificationr three grade 2.0cm,Codonopsis sulfur-free middle slices 0.5cm,Zhejiang Atractylods are licorice slices middle slices 1.2-1.8cm,all Angelica sulfur-free slices and Angelica has a large sulfur free area of 2.5cm,white peony slices middle slices 1.2-1.6cm,Chuanxiong big slices 2.0cm,Rehmannia two oes long slices 2.0cm,Ophiopogon Japonicus major goods,Poria mass,Coptis slices and Sophora tablet.(note:size are wide).Pieces product specifications should be clear during the hospital procurement process,and the research ideas and methods are put forward to determine pieces sunshine procurement catalog product specifications.Conclusion:Determine the research ideas of pieces sunshine procurement catalog product specifications:determine the variety—theoretical specifications—survey—statistical analysis—determine the catalog bid specifications.The innovation of this article:Determine the method of TCM decoction pieces product specifications for the first time and provide a reference for the relevant management department to develop pieces sunshine procurement catalog,which can be gradually extended to the entire pieces industry.
