| Objective: Making a thorough inquir of the correlation between the syndromes of spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity and the CNS/ENS regulation in coronary heart disease,to explore the modern biological basis of CNS/ENS regulation based on coronary heart disease stable angina, and providing a reference for exploring the syndromes combined with macroscopic characterization from the microscopic changes of the CNS/ENS system.Material and method : In this study, from the RCT clinical trial of the "Spleen Deficiency" caused by Professor Yang Guanlin’s "Spleen Deficiency",the data of 240 patients with coronary heart disease stable angina and spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome were analyzed. This study investigates the general information of patients, the symptom information in the TCM syndrome score table, the level of CNS/ENS regulatory factors, etc.Using the two-category logistic regression and the Spearman’s ranked correlation coefficient in SPSS 24.0 statistical software for processing the organized data.Results:1.GLP-1 entered the two-class regression model of severity of coronary heart disease stable angina with spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome(B=0.053,Sig.=0.037,ExP(B)=1.054).2.In the main sympoms of patients with coronary heart disease stable angina and spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome, the shortness of breath is positively correlated with NE(P <0.05,r = 0.129).3.In the secondary symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease stable angina and spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome, there was a positive correlation between anorexia, yellowish complexion and GLP-1(P<0.05,r=0.168,0.148,respectively).Stomach fullness, yellowish complexion were positively correlation with VIP(P<0.05,r=0.176,0.155,resPectively).Loose stool, stomach fullness, ungratifying defecation, yellowish complexion,wraped-like heavy head, and anorexia were positively correlated with Ghrelin(P<0.05,r=0.268,0.217,0.167,0.145,0.133,0.129,respectively).Wraped-like heavy head, ungratifying defecation, yellowish complexion,loose-luster complexion, and stomach fullnesswere positively correlated with 5-HT(P<0.05,r=0.203,0.188,0.173,0.143,0.128,resPectively).Yellowish complexion, stomach fullness, loose stool,loose-luster complexion, ungratifying defecation,wraped-like heavy head and anorexia were positively correlated with NE(P<0.05,r=0.254,0.235,0.194,0.177,0.158,0.145,0.145).Ungratifying defecation,wraped-like heavy head, anorexia and stomach fullness were positively correlated with Ach(P<0.05,r=0.203,0.193,0.173,0.166,resPectively).Conclusion:1.The GLP-1 levels may affect the severity of coronary heart disease stable angina with spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome.2.The severity of the symptoms in coronary heart disease stable angina with spleen deficiency phlegm turbidity may be related to the CNS / ENS regulation level, which were shortness of breath,wraped-like heavy head,loose-luster complexion, yellowish complexion, stomach fullness, anorexia, loose stool, ungratifying defecation.3.CNS/ENS regulation may be one of the biological basis for the development of coronary heart disease stable angina with spleen deficiency and phlegm turbidity syndrome. |
