Experimental Study On The Choleretic Effect Of Tiaogan Lidan Mixture And Its Influence On Bile Components

Purpose:The study of this experiment is to observe the effect of the mixture on the secretion of bile and the change of total cholesterol,total bile acid and total bilirubin in bile by administering Shigan Lidan mixture to SD rats.To explore the choleretic effect of Tiaogan Lidan mixture and its mechanism of action on the main components of bile.Material and method:A total of 30 SD rats were male and female.After one week of adaptive feeding,they were randomly divided into three groups of 10 in each group.The sterile distilled water was used as a blank control group,and the Chinese medicine Chengdan Tablet suspension was used as the positive drug control group.The traditional Chinese medicine prescription was used to adjust the liver and gallbladder mixture into the experimental group.The once-daily gavage administration form lasts for 3 days.In addition,the rats are kept in normal work and food.On the fourth day,after three groups of rats were intragastrically administered,anesthesia was performed in parallel with common bile duct drainage,and bile flow was recorded for a total of three periods in the first,second and third hours,respectively,and was at-80℃ refrigerator storage.The changes of bile content were analyzed to compare the changes of three groups of bile acid,bilirubin and cholesterol,and the changes of three groups of bile flow in different time periods were observed and compared.Results:1.By measuring the bile flow rate of each group,the bile flow rate of the control group and the experimental group were increased compared with the blank group.The bile secretion of the control group of the Tiaoning Lidan mixture was higher than that of the control group of the Daning tablet positive drug.Statistically significant(p < 0.05).2.By detecting the results of bile acids,the main component in the bile of each group,it was found that the bile acid content of the control group and the experimental group were increased compared with the blank group.The bile acid content of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.Statistical significance(p < 0.05).3.By analyzing the results of the detection of cholesterol and bilirubin,the main componentsin the three groups of bile,it was found that the cholesterol and bilirubin levels in the control group and the experimental group were significantly decreased compared with the blank group.The bilirubin content was lower than that of the control group,and the above difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.The traditional Chinese medicine group regulates the liver and gallbladder mixture to have a bile effect and has the function of increasing the amount of bile secretion.2.Tiaogan Lidan Mixture has the function of increasing bile acid content in bile,lowering cholesterol and bilirubin content,and can effectively change bile components.It can be speculated that by exerting choleretic effect and changing bile composition to a certain extent It has the effect of inhibiting the formation of gallstones.
