Clinical Study On The Effectiveness Of Yangyin Qingfei Mixture In The Treatment Of Infantile Pneumonia (Yin Deficiency And Lung Heat Syndrome)

Purpose:Objectively evaluate the effectiveness of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction on the treatment of children with pneumonia(yin deficiency and lung heat syndrome),provide clinical treatment basis,and broaden the thinking for clinical treatment of children with pneumonia(yin deficiency and lung heat syndrome).Material and method:The trial was collected from November 2017 to January 2019.A total of 130 children with pediatric pneumonia(yin deficiency and lung heat syndrome)were diagnosed in the pediatric outpatient department and inpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The control group was divided into experimental group and control group,65 cases in the experimental group and 65 cases in the control group.The experimental group was treated with Yangyin Qingfei Decoction;the control group was treated with traditional decoction Yangyin Qingfei Decoction.The course of treatment was 7 days.The changes of cough,sputum,dry mouth,dry mouth,heart and foot heat,dry stool,etc.were observed,and information was collected and scored using the CRF form.The collected data were evaluated by the nimodipine method,and analyzed by Excel and SPSS25.0 statistical software.The efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction in the treatment of children with pneumonia(yin deficiency and lung heat syndrome)was evaluated.Results:1.During the untreated period,there was no difference in age,sex,duration of disease and TCM syndrome between the test group and the control group(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.After treatment,the total scores of the 4th and 7th day of the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The total scores of the4 th and 7th day of the experimental group were compared.There was a significant improvement before treatment(P<0.05).3.After treatment,statistically,the syndrome scores on the 4th and 7th day of the two groups:the difference of cough and sputum was statistically significant(P<0.05);the heart and feet of the hands and feet,fever,night sweats,hot flashes in the afternoon There was no significant difference in blush,dry mouth,dry mouth and stool dryness(P<0.05).4.The cure rate of the test group was 95.38%,and the cure rate of the control group was81.54%.Conclusion:1.Yangyin Qingfei Mixture and Gufang Yangyin Qingfei Decoction can effectively treat children with pneumonia(yin deficiency and lung heat syndrome).2.Yangyin Qingfei Mixture is superior to Gufang Yangyin Qingfei Decoction in the treatment of cough and phlegm.In the treatment of fever,dry stool,dry mouth,dry mouth,night sweats,afternoon hot flashes,blush,hand and foot heart heat,two groups The effect is quite.3.Yangyin Qingfei Mixture is better than ancient Fangyin Qingfei Decoction in treating children with pneumonia(yin deficiency and lung heat syndrome).
