Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Yangyin Qingfei Mixture In The Treatment Of Bronchitis In Children (Yin Deficiency And Lung Heat Syndrome)

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei Drink Mixture in the treatment of Pediatric bronchitis(Yin deficiency lung heat syndrome),to provide the basis of medication for the clinical treatment of Pediatric bronchitis.Material and method:From December 2017 to January 2019,80 cases of pediatric bronchitis(Yin deficiency lung heat syndrome)diagnosed in the paediatric outpatient department and inpatient department of the affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and divided into the treatment group and the control group by the method of random parallel control,40 cases in the treatment group and40 cases in the control group.The treatment group was treated with Yangyin Qingfei Drink Mixture.The control group was treated with the ancient prescription Yangyin Qingfei Decoction.The course of treatment was 7 days.The symptoms of cough,expectoration,dry mouth and throat,hand and foot heart heat,stool and other changes were observed.CRF tables were used to collect information and score.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for analysis to comprehensively evaluate the efficacy of Yangyin Qingfei Drink Mixture in the treatment of Pediatric bronchitis(Yin deficiency lung heat syndrome)and the efficacy of TCM syndromes.Result:1.Clinical efficacy,in the treatment group,there were 14 cases of clinical recovery,10 cases of significant effect,14 cases of effective effect and 2 cases of ineffective effect,with a total effective rate of 95.00%;in the control group,there were 2 cases of clinical recovery,6 cases of significant effect,26 cases of effective effect and 6 cases of ineffective effect,with a total effective rate of 85.00%.The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndromes: the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and both the treatment group and the control group had an effect(P < 0.05).After treatment,the syndrome score of the treatment group was 3.73±4.303,and the syndrome score of the control group was 6.98±3.833.The effect of Yangyin Qingfei Drink Mixture group is obviously better than that of the ancient prescription Yangyin Qingfei Decoction group(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of symptoms in traditional Chinese medicine: the scores of symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and each symptom was effectively improved in both the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the effect of Yangyin Qingfei Drink Mixture was significantly better than that of the ancient prescription Yangyin Qingfei Decoction(P < 0.05)in improving cough and sputum symptoms.However,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the symptoms of dry mouth and pharynx,feces,hand-foot-heart heat,night sweats,afternoon hot flashes,zygomatic redness(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangyin Qingfei Drink Mixture and the ancient prescription Yangyin Qingfei Decoction can both effectively treat Pediatric bronchitis(Yin deficiency lung heat syndrome),but Yangyin Qingfei Drink Mixture has a better effect.2.Yangyin Qingfei Drink Mixture can better improve the symptoms of cough and expectoration than the ancient prescription Yangyin Qingfei Decoction.
