A Clinical Study Of 109 Cases Of Malignant Tumors With Constipation TCM Syndromes And The Law Of TCM Application

Purpose:To explore the TCM syndromes of malignant tumors with constipation and the application rule of TCM,and to study the curative effect of TCM decoction pieces on constipation of patients with malignant tumors,so as to provide reference for TCM treatment of malignant tumors with constipation.Material and method:The clinical data of patients with malignant tumors complicated with constipation hospitalized in the Oncology Department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2018 were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,eligible cases were selected.The symptoms and signs of patients with malignant tumors complicated with constipation were analyzed retrospectively,and the curative effect of constipation was analyzed.Using Microsoft Excel software to establish a database,the symptoms and signs of patients,the number of cases of traditional Chinese medicine pieces,frequency statistics.All measurement data were analyzed and processed by SPSS 24.0 statistical software.Results:1.Deficiency syndrome is the main syndromes of TCM syndromes of malignant tumors with constipation,while empirical syndrome is the secondary syndromes.2.In this study,the syndromes of patients with malignant tumors complicated with constipation are Qi deficiency syndrome,blood deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome and Qi stagnation syndrome.3.In this study,60%-90% of patients took Chinese herbs such as Radix Pseudostellariae,roasted licorice,30%-70% of patients took Scutellariae baicalensis,Pinellia ternata,Fritillaria thunbergii,Radix Scrophulariae,Fructus Trichosanthes,Herba Scutellariae,Hedyotis difloridae,Dannanxing and other anti-toxic and anti-tumor Chinese herbs,as well as Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma Corydalis,Radix Paeoniae Alba,10%-40% of patients took Angelicae Sinensis,Cistanche deserticola,Fructus Humaren and other herb Chinese medicines and herbal medicines such as chicken gold,Jiaoshan hawthorn,malt and so on.Under 30% of the patients used rhubarb,Fructus aurantii and Magnolia officinalis.4.Therapeutic evaluation of constipation in TCM syndrome differentiation: the effective rate of Qi deficiency syndrome is 53.33%,blood deficiency syndrome is 57.69%,Yin deficiency syndrome is 39.28%,Qi stagnation syndrome is 40.00%.Conclusion:1.The main TCM syndromes of malignant tumors with constipation are Qi deficiency syndrome,blood deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome and Qi stagnation syndrome.Deficiency syndrome is the main syndromes,and empirical syndrome is the secondary syndromes.The deficiency leads to the reality,and the deficiency leads to the deficiency.2.The common medicines used in the treatment of malignant tumors with constipation in traditional Chinese medicine are tonifying deficiency drugs,antineoplastic Chinese medicines with purgative effect,and Chinese medicines for moistening intestines and catharsis3.TCM treatment of constipation Qi deficiency syndrome and blood deficiency syndrome in cancer patients has better curative effect.
