Research On The Symmetry Of The Human Body Structure Based On The Electromyography Analysis Of The Human Body's Surface

Purpose:To study the relationship between the transmission of meridian sensation and the symmetry of human body mechanism caused by needling "three needles of shoulder"(shoulder scalp,shoulder condyle and shoulder chastity).Material and method:A total of 120 subjects who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient and inpatient departments of Shenyang City Hospital from December2016 to December 2017 were selected.Acupuncture “shoulders(shoulders,shoulder blades,shoulder blades)“,observe the affected side of the affected side and the contralateral diaphragm,the radial flexor digitorum,the ulnar wrist flexor muscle,the extensor digitorum muscle,the ulnar wrist extensor muscle,the long iliac muscle,the long extensor digitorum,the long iliac crest,iEMG value of the gastrocnemius muscle.Results:1.Acupuncture “shoulder three needles(shoulders,shoulder blades,shoulder blades)”,acupuncture of the front side of the diaphragm(10.22 ± 2.35),radial wrist flexor(11.12 ± 2.87),ulnar wrist flexion Muscle(10.87±2.66),extensor muscle(11.32±3.07),ulnar extensor muscle(12.67 ± 3.52),long iliac crest(17.02 ± 4.31),long extensor digitorum(18.23 ± 4.71),long iliac crest(17.67 ± 4.69),gastrocnemius(19.20±4.77).2.diaphragmatic muscle(11.31±3.39),radial flexor digitorum(11.53±3.87),ulnar wrist flexor(13.62±3.36),extensor digitorum(12.32±3.48),ulnar wrist extensor muscle(14.45 ± 3.96),humerus longus muscle(17.22 ± 4.83),toe long extensor muscle(18.75±5.06),humerus longus muscle(17.23±4.77),gastrocnemius muscle(19.62±4.80).3.After acupuncture,the ipsilateral diaphragm(11.13 ± 2.37),the radial flexor digitorum(11.72±2.79),the ulnar wrist flexor(13.09±2.47),the extensor digitorum(13.66±3.52),and the ulnar wrist extensor(15.30±4.13),long iliac crest(19.31±4.39),extensor digitorum longus(20.23 ± 4.89),long tibia longus(19.55 ± 4.65),gastrocnemius(19.13±4.48).4.healthy side of the diaphragm after acupuncture(13.34 ± 3.36),radial flexor digitorum(13.47±3.85),ulnar wrist flexor(14.87±3.66),extensor digitorum(13.63±3.39),ulnar wrist extensor(15.28±3.89),humerus longus(17.38±4.72),extensor digitorum longus(18.60±5.13),long iliac crest(17.37±4.32),gastrocnemius(19.72±4.84).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture "Shoulder three needles"(shoulder scalp,shoulder condyle,shoulder Zhenzhen).The muscular surface electromyography of the wrist on the healthy side changes in the meridians,reflecting the symmetry of human body mechanism.2.Acupuncture with "three needles of shoulder"(shoulder,condyle and shoulder chastity).The electromyography of the muscles on the affected side of foot and ankle connected by meridians changes,which also reflects the symmetry of human body.
