The Media Representation Of Medical Ecology—analysis Of The Content Of The Documentary "Human World" From The Perspective Of Health Communication

Around 2010,since the media has been continuously developed,the problems in the current medical system and medical ecology have been gradually enlarged in the network,and people’s various discussions on medical services have received more and more attention.As a result,medical documentaries came into being.As a film and television work that truly reflects the medical ecological status,the medical documentary is a new type of documentary in recent years.It is recorded by various patients in the process of medical treatment,a specific medical treatment group or a certain service department in the medical system.The long-term and full-time record of the film,and the documentary film itself tend to make a reasonable and relatively objective post-editing documentary of the humanities.Through the interpretation of such a full-record lens,a real,flesh-and-blood medical status is magnified in the eyes of people.This highly impactful interpretation is missing from other types of documentaries.In 2014,after the launch of the first medical documentary "Medical" in China,many medical documentaries such as "Life Edge","Emergency Room Story" and "Ren Jian Shi" gradually entered the audience’s sight.The author selected a representative phenomenon-level documentary "World of the World" as the research object of this paper.In 2016,"Ren Jian Shi" was broadcast on the Shanghai News Integrated Channel.Subsequently,the film won successive awards in film festivals and documentary festivals.At the same time,9.6 score in Douban network also reflected the " Ren Jian Shi " in the audience’s evaluation of this documentary.Therefore,the author takes this medical documentary as the research object,from the perspective of health communication,using text analysis and content analysis to exploring how to construct content in the context of healthy communication,how to make real and objective records and reflections on the current medical ecological status,and discuss how its content will bring inspiration to China’s existing health communication.In the process of research,the author first cuts through the theory of health communication,and analyzes the ecological background of health communication behind the production of "Ren Jian Shi" from the perspective of external review,paving the way for content research.Subsequently,the author used text analysis and content analysis to analyze the text and content of the documentary from the perspective of internal audit,and explored the documentary as a part of the health communication system,how to construct the content to show the real medical ecology.Among them,the text analysis method is used to interpret the content selection,the story construction method and the language style of the film;the content analysis method is used to quantify the emotional appeal,attitude tendency and documentary composition of the characters themselves to statistic and analysis.Finally,combined with all the analysis results,think about the value of its distinctive media presentation on the healthy transmission of our country.This study finds that "Ren Jian Shi" has a unique and precise perspective on the screening and selection of topics,which makes it clear the logic of the development of the subject in the choice of the subject and the construction of the text,the relevance of the story,and the successful integration of a certain propensity of the communicator into the narrative.Then,from the perspective of health communication,this documentary spreads not only some stories in the film,but also some emotions of the characters,which reflect the real ecology of the current medical environment,including the doctor-patient relationship,the status of medical development,people’s perception of life and death,etc.And it conveyed some ideas that the communicator tried to guide and correct to carry out health communication proper.Therefore,the content construction of"Ren Jian Shi" can not only truly reflect the current state of medical ecology,but also can think about or even correct the existing ideas or prejudices of the audience,and also inspire the creation of medical documentaries or other types of documentaries.This is the success of the "Ren Jian Shi".
