The purpose of nuclear medicine is to combine and use positron emission tomography(PET)and single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)to quantitative analysis the biochemistry and physiological functions of patients' organs. In this paper,an algorithm for solving inverse problems based on singular value decomposition is designed. The singular value decomposition method is used to analyze the SPECT reconstruction matrix. The results show that image reconstruction is an illposed problem, that is,the singular value quickly approaches zero. This paper uses the singular value decomposition method, because it can process the matrix and determine the cardinality of the space. The matrix A is in the form of diagonal, which is beneficial for further research. For small and smooth subjects, the SVD(singular value decomposition)method has good noise reduction, but for complex research objects, the SVD method makes the structure of the object smoother and blurs the experimental results. This article consists of 24 pages, including 12 citations and 18 images.
