Objective:To observe the integral changes of modified Ashworth spasm scale (MAS) and Comprehensive Function Assesssment table for Cerebral Palsy Children before and after treatment in spastic cerebral palsy children; to explore the clinical effects by intervening acupoint injection based on acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training to treat the spastic cerebral palsy children. Methods:The study takes the children with spastic cerebral palsy as the research subject.64cases of cerebral palsy children are randomly divided into treatment group(30cases)and control group(30cases). The treatment group is treated by acupoint injection and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, while the control group is treated only by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training. Three months as one observation period, and one observation period in total. To observe the total effective rate between the two groups by using the modified Ashworth spastic scale and Comprehensive Function Assesssment form, at the time of before treatment, one month after, three months after. Through the comparison between groups and within group comparisons, data are processed and statistically analysed using statistical software.Result:(1) Comparing with the clinical effects between two groups, the total effective rate of treatment group is96.7%, the total remarkable effective rate is70.0%; the total effective rate of the control group is86.7%, the total remarkable effective rate is40.0%. Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups in one month after treatment and three months after are significant statistical differences(P<0.05), which indicates that treatment group has better effect than control group, and application of acupoint injection can achieve higher effect.(2)Comparing with the MAS integral between two groups, there is no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after one month treatment(P>0.05); three months after there is remarkable differences (P<0.05); it means that treatment group has better effect than control group in reducing the degree of children with spasticity. In two groups, there are no significant difference between before and one month after treatment(P>0.05); before and three months after treatment there are remarkable differences (P<0.05). It indicates that both groups can improve spasticity in children with cerebral palsy, but if intervene acupoint injection based on acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, the effect will be earlier and better than acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training.(3)Comparing with the integral of comprehensive function assessment of the two groups, after treatment both can improve comprehensive function of children with cerebral palsy, but treatment group is significantly better than control group(P<0.05); Comparing with the difference of the integral of comprehensive function assessment, there are significant statistical differences between groups and within group comparisons(P<0.05), it means that the treatment group can significantly improve comprehensive function of children with cerebral palsy, if the applicating acupoint injection therapy is earlier and the treatment time is longer, the improvement of children’s comprehensive function will be more obvious. Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment methods of acupoint injection and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for treating spastic cerebral palsy children have a definite clinical effect. they can improve the spasticity and comprehensive function of children quickly and remarkably, thereby, improving the quality of life, reducing the burden on parents. The younger children and the longer treatment time, the better effect. So the key of treating children with cerebral palsy is early diagnosis, early intervention, and to persevere adhere to treat. The comprehensive treatment methods are safe, effective, without any adverse reactions and side effects, therefore worthy of promotion.
