Observation On The Curative Effect Of Huoluoxiaoling Pill In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Nerve Root Type (Stagnation Of Qi And Blood Stasis)

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of Huoluo Xiaoling Dan and Neck Pain tablets in the treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy(CSR)(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),and to explore more effective methods for the treatment of nerve root cervical spondylosis,To provide more clinical support for Chinese medicine treatment of CSR.Methods:From June 2018 to December 2019,the subjects of this study were60 patients who were hospitalized in the spine surgery department of Hunan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and met the conditions for inclusion in this study.According to the time of receiving treatment in this study after admission,30 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group at 1:1 by lottery.At the same time of general treatment,the treatment group was treated with huoluoxiaolingdan Decoction for 2 weeks,and the control group was treated with Neck Pain tablet orally for 2 weeks.VAS score,NPQ score and TCM syndrome score were used to evaluate the changes of related symptoms in the two groups before treatment,one week after treatment and two weeks after treatment.Compare the changes of each observation index before and after treatment,and use spss25.0 to analyze the data of each group,compare the difference of treatment effect and total effective rate of the two groups.At the same time,record the general safety indicators(routine stool,ECG),and collect blood samples(routine blood,liver and kidney function)to test the safety of huoluoxiaolingdan.Results:All observation patients successfully completed the treatment cycle and completed the evaluation of the efficacy of each observation point.1.There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients such as age,gender,duration of disease,total TCM symptom score,neck pain VAS score,NPQ score,etc.before treatment(P> 0.05).The two groups of patients were comparable;2.The neck pain VAS score,NPQ score,and total score of TCM symptomsof the two groups of patients were significantly reduced before and aftertreatment(P <0.05).This shows that both groups of treatment can significantly improve the relevant symptoms of patients;3.In terms of improving the VAS score of the two groups,the VAS score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group at1 week(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups at 2 weeks(P> 0.05).This shows that both Huoluo Xiaoling Dan and Neck Pain Tablets can effectively reduce the VAS score of patients and there is no significant difference in the efficacy of the two after two weeks of treatment.4.The improvement of TCM syndrome scores between the two groups of patients is significantly different: the TCM syndrome scores of patients in the treatment group at the same treatment time point are significantly lower than those in the control group(P <0.05).It can be seen that: Huoluo Xiaoling Dan is better than neck pain tablets in improving patients’ TCM syndrome score.5.There was no significant difference between the NPQ score groups at each observation point(P> 0.05),indicating that Huoluo Xiaoling and Neck Pain Tablets have similar treatment effects in improving patients’ NPQ percentage.Conclusion: Huoluo Xiao Ling Dan can effectively improve the pain,TCM syndromes and cervical function of patients with cervical radiculopathy.The effect is obvious and worthy of promotion.
