The Effect Of Bushen Tongluo Pills Combined With Western Medicine On Blood Sugar And Renal Function Of Patients With Stage ? Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy (yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety on blood sugar,blood fat and kidney function of bushentongluo pill in the treatment of syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney and blood stasis of type 2 diabetic kidney disease in stage ?.Method: A total of 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases.The control group were treated with conventional treatment,the treatment group were additionally treated with bushentongluo pill,the course of treatment was 8 weeks,the changes of clinical symptoms,TCM syndromes,fasting blood glucose,hemoglobin a1 c,2 hour postprandial blood glucose,Total Cholesterol,Triglyceride,High density lipoprotein-choiesterol Low density lipoprotein-choiesterol,Microalbuminuria,Serum creatinine and Blood urea nitrogen were contrasted before and after treatment.Results:1.Before the treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05);After 8 weeks of the treatment,both clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of the two groups were improved,the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Before the treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in fasting blood glucose,2 hour postprandial blood glucose and Hb A1c(P> 0.05);After the treatment,fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and Hb A1 c of the two groups decreased,and the degree of decline in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.Before the treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups in blood fat(P>0.05);After the treatment,the blood fat was improved for significant difference(P<0.05),and the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.Before the treatment,there was no significant difference between two groups in kidney function(P>0.05);After the treatment,the kidney function was improved for significant difference(P<0.05).It makes significant difference in m ALB and BUN improving between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01),but it makes no diferrerence in improving Scr(P>0.05).5.No obvious adverse reactions and side effects were found in both groups during the treatment.Conclusions:1.Bushentongluo pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of syndrome of yin deficiency of liver and kidney and blood stasis of type 2 diabetic kidney disease in stage ? can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,control blood sugar and blood fat,protect residual renal function,and the effect is better than the control group.2.Bushentongluo pill has no obvious toxic and side effects and is safe and effective.It is worthy of further promotion and application.
