Clinical Study On Bushen Recipe Prescription Combined With Acupuncture Therapy Treatment Of Kidney Yang Deficiency Of Infertile Women With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:Through clinical observation on Bushen reciPe PrescriPtion combined with acuPuncture treatment of Anovulatory infertility with Polycystic ovary syndrome(kidney yang deficiency)to Provide a method for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:Through clinical observation,Eligible 60 cases were randomly divided into two grouPs,Of which 30 cases of the exPerience grouP,30 cases in the control grouP were given AcuPuncture combined with traditional Chinese Medicine and clomiPhenetreatment.Bultrasound observation of the two grouPs of ovulation rate.Before treatment,after treatment,blood samPles were measured in two grouPs of Patients with LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T values and comPared the changes of LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T values.At the same time,the changes of symPtoms,signs and Pregnancy were observed before and after treatment in two grouPs.Results:Two kinds of treatment methods can imProve the Pregnancy rate,but the exPerience grouP was higher than the control grouP.In other words,combination of acuPuncture and medicineon Pregnancy rate better than ClomiPhene.At the same time,the two grouPs can reduce the body mass index,increase ovulation rate,reduce LH,LH/FSH and T,P<0.05.There was significant difference between the two grouPs.Conclusion:Bushen reciPe PrescriPtion combined with acuPuncture in the treatment of kidney yang deficiency PCOS ovulation disorder infertility has good clinical curative effect.
