Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sangshanyishensugao on the early diabetic nephropathy patients with spleen kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis, and to explore its mechanism of action and evaluate its clinical effect objectively. Methods: a total of 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy(spleen kidney qi deficiency with blood stasis)admitted in our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study objects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases each. The control group was treated with basic Western medicine, while the observation group was treated with sangshanyirensu ointment combined with basic Western medicine.Results:1.By statistical analysis, there was comparability between the two groups in the number of cases, average age and average course of disease(P>0.05).2.Compared with the control group, the scores of FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,m ALB,ACR and TCM syndromes in the observation group were decreased, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: the application of sangshanyishensugao on the basis of Western medicine can effectively regulate glucose metabolism, reduce urinary protein excretion, improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and delay the rapid progress of early diabetic nephropathy. It reflects the value of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of early DKD.From the perspective of strengthening the spleen and kidney, removing blood stasis and promoting water,it has achieved good curative effect, and has a certain value of promotion and use.
