Clinical Observation Of Jianpi Tongluo Decoction In Treating Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective:In this study,we compared the clinical symptoms and laboratory parameters of patients with early diabetic nephropathy with those treated with Jianpi Tongluo decoction combined with Western medicine and Western medicine alone,objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of Jianpi Tongluo decoction in the treatment of early Diabetic nephropathy(Spleen Qi deficiency,blood stasis blocking collaterals).Methods:Sixty-six patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases)and Control Group(32 cases).The Control Group was treated with the basic treatment of diabetic nephropathy,and the treatment group was treated with the combination of Jianpi Yiqi Tongluo traditional Chinese medicine for 4 weeks.The improvement of TCM Syndrome and laboratory indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general conditions(sex,age,Fasting Blood Glucose,2h Postprandial Blood Glucose,Glycated hemoglobin,Microalbuminuria,microalbuminuria / Urine Creatinine,Cystatin C,TCM symptom score)(p > 0.05),2.The total score of TCM symptom treatment in the two groups was 94.1% in the treatment group and 68.8% in the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);3.There was no significant difference in Fasting Blood Glucose,2h Postprandial Blood Glucose,Glycated hemoglobin,cystatin C and Blood Lipid in the treatment group(p > 0.05)Urinary Microalbumin and Urinary Microalbumin / creatinine in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the Control Group(P<0.05)4.Safety Index: No adverse reaction occurred before and after treatment in both groups.Conclusion:1.Jianpi Tongluo decoction can reduce the level of urinary Microalbuminuria creatinine and Microalbuminuria in patients with early diabetic nephropathy,which indicates that Jianpi Tongluo decoction can lower urinary albuminuria and delay the progress of diabetic nephropathy;2.Jianpi Tongluo Recipe Jianlizhuan,through the TCM Syndrome scoring results found that can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients;3.There was no obvious adverse reaction in the course of treatment,which indicated that the drug was safe.
