Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Early Diabetic Nephropathy (Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) By Tonifying Liver And Kidney And Detoxifying Tongluo Method

Purpose: To benefit liver and kidney,Jiedu Tongluo treatment of early diabetic nephropathy(hepatic and kidney yin and detoxification syndrome),observe the clinical treatment effect,and then explore the pathogenesis of early DN,with a view to new ideas for the treatment of early DN,new Methods to improve clinical efficacy.Method: This study is based on the guidance of the tutor DN academic theory,select early clinical DN(Hepatic Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome)for clinical research.A total of 72 primary observational subjects were randomly divided into two groups by randomized controlled trials.After strict screening of shedding cases,the remaining eligible patients were randomly assigned to supplementing liver and kidney,Jiedu Tongluo treatment group,and tonifying liver and kidney control group.30 cases.Both groups were treated with conventional basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with tonifying liver and kidney,Jiedu Tongluo decoction,and the control group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction.The treatment course was 12 weeks.Comparison of clinical symptoms before and after treatment in both groups.Glucose and lipid metabolism,urinary microalbumin,24 h urine microalbumin,urinary albumin excretion,?2 microglobulin,retinol binding protein,urine creatinine,Urine microalbumin/urine/creatinine ratio,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,homocysteine.The effectiveness of the protocol was evaluated by examination;the physicochemical examinations before and after the experiment in the two groups were compared for blood safety,urine routine,routine,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram as safety indicators to evaluate the safety of the experiment.Result: Tonic liver and kidney,detoxification meridian method to improve clinical symptoms,glucose and lipid metabolism,urinary microalbumin,24 h urine microalbumin,urinary albumin excretion rate,?2 microglobulin,retinol binding protein,urine creatinine,Urine microalbumin/urine/creatinine ratio,hs-CRP,and Hcy were all superior to the control group(P<0.05).The clinical curative effect is good,and there are no toxic side effects in clinical observation.Conclusion: Tonifying the liver and kidney with the principle of toxic-inducing renal collaterals,Jiedu Tongluo can be used to treat early diabetic nephropathy(liver-kidney-yin deficiency syndrome),which can effectively improve clinical symptoms and reduce microalbumin,? 2-microglobulin,and vision.Leukemia-binding protein and urinary creatinine can effectively reduce the values of hs-CRP and Hcy,and provide a better theoretical basis and treatment for the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
