The Study On Regularity Of Syndrome And Medication For Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

ObjectiveBased on using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS V2.5)to sum up Professor Zhou Zhongying's experience and the regularity of prescription of treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(COPD),is conducive to further enrich the traditional Chinese medicine in treating COPD and improve TCM theory in the treatment of COPD effect.MethodsTo collect and collate the research of Professor Zhou Zhongying over 30 years(1983-2015)to accumulate COPD retrospectively,depending on the inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected to conform to the standards of medical records of 164 cases of all clinical data by aid of TCMISS V2.5 software establish medical record collection,storage database,using the frequency distribution and association rules analysis of the symptom,syndrome type between the relevance of,for the mining results hold workshops.Results1.The most common conditions of tongue: Dark red tongue,reddish tongue,red tongue,thin yellow fur,and yellow fur;the most common conditions of pulse: thin slippery pulse,wiry and rolling pulse.2.The Pathogenesis:The most common is Qi Yin two injuries,phlegm heat depression of the lung.The main location of COPD is lung,related to kidney,heart,stomach,spleen and liver other six viscera.The most common excessive pathological factors are phlegm,heat and stasis,Qi deficiency and yin deficiency are the main deficiency pathological factors.3.The drugs: Pinellia ternata,Perilla seed,Nansha ginseng,Radix Glehniae,Morus alba,Radix Ophiopogonis(frequency >50%)are used mostly.According to the tatistics of the efficacy,antitussive and expectorant antiasthmatic drugs,tonics and antipyretic drugs are most frequently used.The core prescription consists of Rhizoma Pinelliae,perilla seed,Nansha ginseng,Beishashen,mulberry bark and Radix Ophiopogonis.4.Couplet medicines: They can classify envy in two ways.One is for resolving phlegm,Morus alba and Pinellia ternata can remove heat-phlegm;perilla seed and Pinellia ternata can regulate qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm as well as Dried tangerine peel and Pinellia ternata;the other is for Yangying Qingre,Nansha ginseng and Radix glehniae,Radix Ophiopogonis and radix glehniae,Nansha ginseng,Radix glehniaeand Radix Ophiopogonis all can replenish the vital essence and remove heat.5.Based on the reexamination entropy clustering,9 new prescriptions are mined from the data.6.Compared with the medical records before 2000,the frequency of water stop blood stasis syndrome was higher after 2000.Conclusion1.The nature of COPD is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality.The disease mainly located in lung and related to kidney,heart,stomach,spleen and liver other six viscera.2.The core disease of the disease is Qi Yin deficiency,phlegm heat depression lung.3.The rules in the treatment of this disease :(1)Would like to observe the disease machine,according to the pathogenesis of drug selection;(2)Multi viscera balance,without losing the trees for the forest;(3)eliminating evil and cure deficiency.4.It has the efficacy of activating blood and removing stasis,eliminating phlegm and relieving cough,relieving asthma,regulating qi,enriching qi and nourishing Yin and so on among 12 new prescriptions.It shuld be selected dialectically in clinic.
