Study On The Regularity Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medication And The Improvement Of Common Symptoms In Patients With Primary Renal Cancer

Purpose:To explore the rule of traditional Chinese medicine to treat protopathic kidney cancer patients of different stages,and analyze the improvement of common symptoms after treatment with decoction of TCM,to offer the clinical reference of Chinese medicine in treating protopathic kidney cancer patients.Material and method:Using the retrospective study method,selecting the patients who were hospitalized in The Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2014 to November 2019 with the first discharge diagnosis named kidney malignant tumor or kidney cancer,screen according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.Utilizing excel to establish a database of kidney cancer patients,then make statistics on the collected data.Through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5),analysis characteristics of prescription medication of TCM at early kidney cancer,medium-term kidney cancer and advanced kidney cancer respectively.According to traditional chinese medicine clinical therapeutic effect evaluation of the kidney cancer patients' common symptoms,study the improved conditions of the common symptoms.Results:1.A total of fifty-five hospitalized patients with renal cancer were enrolled in this research,including fourty-one male patients(74.55%)and fourteen female patients(25.45%).One hundred and fifty-five secondary patients were enrolled,including thirty-five early kidney cancer patients(22.58%),ninety-seven medium-term kidney cancer patients(62.58%),and advanced kidney cancer patients(14.84%).Two hundred and forty-seven prescription medications of TCM were collected,comprising fifty-two prescription medications of early kidney cancer(21.05%),one hundred and fifty-three medications medium-term kidney cancer(61.94%)and fourty-two medications advanced kidney cancer(17.00%).2.The frequently-used TCM decoction pieces of patients with early kidney cancer were licorice,Coix seed,Hedyotis diffusa,radix pseudostellariae,Poria cocos,atractylodes,Sculellaria barbata,Rhizoma Alismatis,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Zhejiang fritillary,Radixscutellariae,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Chinese Thorowax Root,Prunella vulgaris,Cornus officinalis.The distribution of four properties of medicinal herb was mainly cold,flat and warm,and cold appeared most frequently.The distribution of five tastes of medicinal herb was mainly sweet and bitter,and pungent flavour was often used.The distribution of channel tropism was mainly composed of spleen,liver,kidney,stomach and lung.The traditional Chinese medicine of spleen was the most widely used.According to formula law of prescription,the core of Chinese herbs was radix pseudostellariae,licorice,atractylodes,Poria cocos,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Rhizoma Alismatis,Coix seed,Hedyotis diffusa,Sculellaria barbata,Zhejiang fritillary.3.The frequently-used TCM decoction pieces of patients with medium-term kidney cancer were licorice,Coix seed,radix pseudostellariae,Pinellia Tuber,Hedyotis diffusa,Zhejiang fritillary,Poria cocos,Sculellaria barbata,atractylodes,Chinese Thorowax Root,Rhizoma Alismatis,Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Radix scutellariae,concha ostreae.The distribution of four properties of medicinal herb was mainly cold,flat and warm,and cold also appeared pseudostellariae,malt,astragalus,Radix scutellariae,pericarpium citri reticulatae,Endothelium corneum,Chinese Thorowax Root,Coix seed,medicated leaven,Hedyotis diffusa.The distribution of four properties of medicinal herb was mainly cold,warm and flat,and cold application was close to warm.The distribution of channel tropism was mainly composed of spleen,stomach,lung,liver and kidney.The traditional Chinese medicine of spleen and stomach were the most widely used.According to formula law of prescription,the core of Chinese herbs was radixpseudostellariae,licorice,atractylodes,Poria cocos,astragalus,Amomum villosum,malt,Pinellia Tuber.5.The common symptoms of kidney cancer patients,in turn,were lacking in strength,poor sleep,poor appetite,low back pain,cough,limb pain,expectoration,hematuresis and constipation.In the clinical evaluation of the therapeutic efficiency,the effective rate of treatment of lacking in strength was the highest(75.81%).The effective rate from top to bottom were cough(71.43%),poor appetite(71.01%),low back pain(65.08%),limb pain(61.76%),expectoration(61.29%),poor sleep(60.57%)and hematuria(60.00%).The effective rate of constipation was the lowest(57.70%).Conclusion:1.The main treatment of early kidney cancer and medium-term kidney cancer were both invigorating qi,strengthening spleen and tonifying kidney,and clearing heat,removing toxicity and resolving masses.But compared to early kidney cancer,tonifying kidney was weakened and removing toxicity and resolving masses was strengthened.The main treatment of advanced kidney cancer was invigorating qi and strengthening spleen,and egulating qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach.2.Invigorating qi and strengthening spleen was used in treating kidney cancer patients under TCM throughout.3.The treatment of kidney cancer patients under TCM can improve the patient's common symptoms significantly.
