The Effect Of Removing Phlegm And Blood-Stasis Together On Serum Levels Of Urine MA, Blood,Urine β 2-MG In T₂DM Ptients With Syndrome Of Phlegm-Blood Stasis

1.To study chinese medicine Xionglou Tongmai decoction which has effect on urine MA in T₂DM patient with syndrome of plegrn-blood stasis.2.To study chinese medicine Xionglou Tongmai decoction which has effect on blood,urineβ₂-MG in T₂DM patient with syndrome of plegm-blood stasis.3.To show the effectiveness what chinese medicine Xionglou Tongmai decoction cure diabetes and vascular complications in T₂DM patient with syndrome of plegm-blood stasis.Methods:.140 T₂DM patients with syndrome of plegrn-blood stasis were included and randomly divided into the treatment group(n=90) and the control group(n=50).Patients attended to the education courses and accepted hypoglycemic agent and reasonable diet.To those patients in treatment group,additionally Xionglou Tongrnai decoction was given with one dose taken twice per day,for a total 14 days' treatment.Analyzed levels of urine MA, blood,urineβ₂-MG fasting blood glucose(FBG) and clinical traditional Chinese medicine symptom score at the start and the end of the trial respectively.At the same time,some patients also received measurements of their level lipids if possible.Results:1.There was no significantly difference about the levels of urine MA between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P＞0.05).The levels of urine MA had significantly difference between two groups after treatment(P＜0.05).But the difference was significant about the variety of urine MA levels after treatment between the treatment group and the control group(P＜0.05).2.There was no significantly difference about the serum levels of bloodβ2-MG between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P＞0.05).The serum levels of bloodβ2-MG had no significantly difference between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).And the difference was no significant about the variety of bloodβ2-MG levels after treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).3.There was no significantly difference about the levels of urineβ2-MG between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P＞0.05).The levels of urineβ2-MG had no significantly difference between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).And the difference was no significant about the variety of urineβ2-MG levels after treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05). 4.Serum levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG) decreased in both groups(the treated group:P＜0.01;the control group:P＜0.01),but FBG had no significantly difference between groups after treatment(P＞0.05).The variety of FBG had no significant difference between groups (P＞0.05).5.Serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) decreased after treatment in the treatment group(P＜0.05),but there were no significantly differences in HDL-C,LDL-C after treatment in the treatment group(P＞0.05),but there were no significantly differences after treatment in the control group in cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),HDL-C,LDL-C(P＞0.05).There were significantly differences after treatment in cholesterol(TC),LDL-C between groups(P＜0.05).There were no significantly differences in triglyceride (TG),HDL-C after treatment between groups(P＞0.05).The variety had no significant differences between groups(P＞0.05).6.The clinical TCM symptom score dropped in both groups(the treated group:P＜0.01;the control group:P＜0.01),and it was lower in the treated group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The variety had significant difference between groups(P＜0.05).The disease effective rate was significantly higher in the treated group compare with that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions:Xionglou Tongrnai decoction which based on removing phlegm and blood-stasis together can obviously lower MA and slightly reduce the levels of blood and urineβ₂-MG,and improve clinical symptoms of patients.It can also slightly lower the levels of blood TC,TG,LDL.Thus to some extent inhibit diabete vascular injury.
