Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Plasma Cell Mastitis Of Liver Meridian Stagnation And Heat Type With No.1 Decoction Of Serum Milk

Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effect of Jiangru Ⅰ decoction on the type of liver meridian in stagnated heat and in tumor stage of plasma cell mastitis and to clarify its clinical efficacy.It can provide an effective,convenient,safe and side-effect treatment for patients with mass plasma cell mastitis on the type of liver meridian in stagnated heat and in tumor stage.Material and method : Selection in March 2018 to December 2019 in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital during the 40 cases of plasma cell mastitis on the type of liver meridian in stagnated heat and in tumor stage patient,using simple random method divided into control group and treatment group and control group,20 cases of control group in the cortex phellodendron capsule four grain of secondary oral.To observe the degree of improvement in breast pain,local skin color change,breast lump size and other aspects of the two groups of patients after one month of treatment,conduct data analysis on various symptoms,and evaluate whether there are any adverse reactions to the treatment in the two groups.Results:After a series of statistical analysis,there was a significant difference in efficacy between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05),among which the total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 75% in the control group.The treatment group was superior to the control group in terms of pain improvement,local skin color change and lump size after treatment.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The treatment of Jiangru Ⅰ decoction for plasma cell mastitis on the type of liver meridian in stagnated heat and in tumor stage is effective.
