Meta-analysis Of Yishen Huoxue Xifeng Therapy In The Treatment Of Early Renal Damage Of Hypertension

Purpose:To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine decoction using Yishen Huoxue Xifeng method for the treatment of early renal damage in hypertension.Material and method:According to the proposed inclusion and exclusion criteria,journal databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and CBM were selected,and from January 2009 to December 2019,the traditional Chinese medicine decoction for benefiting kidney and activating blood and quenching wind was used to treat early renal hypertension.The clinical randomized controlled trial literature for damage was manually searched.And finally included the literature to use the Jadad scale for quality assessment,and the Revman5.3 software was used for meta-analysis to make forest maps and funnel maps.Results:The study included 20 articles and a total of 1836 patients.The quality evaluation results were 7 1-point literature,1 2-point literature,11 3-point literature,and 1 4-point literature.Meta analysis results: The traditional Chinese medicine decoction using Yishen Huoxue Xifeng method combined with conventional western medicine antihypertensive drugs(treatment group)compared with the same conventional western medicine(control group),the treatment group has improved clinical effectiveness and reduced urine microalbumin,Urine ?2 Microglobulin,urine NAG Enzyme,systolic blood pressure,the curative effect is better than the control group;and it has no damage to renal function(blood creatinine,serum cystatin C)and has an improvement effect,all have statistical significance(P < 0.05),the funnel diagram is more symmetrical and there are no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Yishenhuoxuexifeng method is effective and safe in treating early renal damage in hypertension.
