Clinical Observation Of Huoxue Yishen Method In Treatment Of Children With Left Renal Vein Entrapment Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Yishen method in treatment of children with left renal vein entrapment syndrome, summarize the clinical experience of tutor, improve clinical curative effect.Methods:From 2010 to 2014 in our hospital during the period of left renal vein entrapment syndrome 30 cases, were randomly divided into treatment group (A group) and control group (B group) with 15 cases in each. Gender, age distribution, course in two groups were comparable (P=0.466> 0.05, P=0.715< 0.05, P=0.710< 0.05). A group were treated with Huoxue Yishen Decoction (drug composition:taoren 5g, honghua 5g, danggui 5g, chishao 9g, baimaogen 15g,shengdihuangl5g, shanyaol2g, shanzhuyu 9g, fuling 9g, mudanpi 15g) treatment, water decoction, daily 1 agent,2 times/day,6 month is 1 treatment course; B group without any medical treatment, observation of 6 months. The two groups were observed after the first visit diagnosis and left renal vein diameter for 6 months, the value of urinary red blood cell count, and to observe the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs.Result:(1) At first, the A group compared with B group:supine and spinal extension of LRV inner diameter ratio when there was no significant difference (P=0.090> 0.05, P=0.714> 0.05), comparable; 6 months after the initial diagnosis, A group of supine and spinal extension of LRV inner diameter ratio position is obviously less than B group, difference is very significant (P=0.012< 0.05, P=0.007< 0.01); traditional Chinese medicine treatment group after 6 months of treatment, the supine and spinal extension LRV diameter position significantly less than before treatment, the difference was significant (P=0.000< 0.01, P=0.000< 0.01). (2) At first, with no significant difference in urine red blood cell count of A group and B group (P=0.502> 0.05), comparable; 6 months after the initial diagnosis, urine red blood cell count of A group was lower than that in B group, the difference was very significant (P=0.000< 0.01); traditional Chinese Medicine treatment group after 6 months of treatment. Urinary red blood cell count was less than before treatment, a very significant difference (P=0.000< 0.01). (3) The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group:5 cases were cured,8 cases markedly effective,2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 86.6%.Conclusion:Huoxue Yishen method in treatment of children with left renal vein entrapment syndrome, can reduce the LRV inside diameter ratio, reduce the excretion of urine red blood cells, so as to improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve the efficiency of clinical. Huoxue Yishen method by improving the renal blood circulation, reduce the LRV inside diameter ratio, reduce the pressure of LRV, improve the clinical symptoms of purpose.
