| Purpose:Through summarizing Professor Jiao fuying’s academic experience in the reatment of Depression Syndrome and clinical observation of Chai Gui Lu an decoction in the treatment of Depression Syndrome(generalized anxiety state),to improve the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.Material and method:The first part is Professor Jiao fuying’s academic experience in the treatment of depression(generalized anxiety state).This paper introduces the origin of Professor Jiao fuying’s teaching,experience,teaching and research,and the author’s observation and study during the course of receiving patients in the outpatient department,combined with the careful instruction of the tutor,the author sums up and summarizes the academic thoughts of the tutor in the treatment of depression(generalized anxiety state),so as to show the academic achievements of the tutor in the treatment of this kind of disease.The second part,Chai Gui Lu an Tang treatment of depression(generalized anxiety state)clinical observation.This clinical observation will select the patients of the outpatient department and Ward of the Second Hospital affiliated to the Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,whose syndrome differentiation belongs to the stagnation of liver-qi and deficiency of heart-qi(generalized anxiety state),by using the method of natural selection,30 patients in the observation group and 30 in the control group were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The patients in the observation group were treated with chai-gui-lu-an decoction,and the patients in the control group were treated with other integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for 2 weeks.SPSS25.0software was used to analyze the clinical information and data.At the same time,combined with medical theory,to discuss the obtained statistical results.If the patient had taken anti-anxiety drugs,can continue to take,but need to record in the case report form.Results:The first part is Professor Jiao Fuying’s academic thoughts on the treatment of depression(generalized anxiety state). Professor Jiao Fuying believes that depression syndrome is mainly a kind of disease syndrome with mental disorders as the main symptoms,such as stagnation of liver qi,imbalance of Qi and blood,blood not nourishing the heart,resulting in restlessness,nervousness,fear,anxiety and so on.Through many years of clinical experience,it is found that depression of liver qi and deficiency of heart and courage Qi are the more common syndrome types of depression syndrome,and the treatment rules of soothing the liver,relieving Qi,calming the nerves and nerves are adopted,Chaiguicarean decoction,a self-made prescription,was used in the treatment.The second part is the clinical observation of chaiguijie’an Decoction in the treatment of depression(generalized anxiety state).1.Chaiguijie’an Decoction and other integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can improve the TCM Syndromes of patients in both groups,but chaiguijie’an decoction is better than other integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.2.Chaiguijie’an Decoction and other integrated Chinese and Western medicine can improve the anxiety state of patients,but chaiguijie’an decoction is better than other integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Chaiguiya’an decoction,following the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,is safe and effective in the treatment of anxiety of stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of heart and gall Qi through syndrome differentiation and treatment.It can provide reference ideas and prescriptions for depression syndrome(generalized anxiety state).Conclusion:The first part is Professor Jiao fuying’s academic experience in the treatment of depression(generalized anxiety state).The treatment of liver-qi stagnation and heart-qi Deficiency Syndrome(generalized anxiety state)should be based on soothing the liver to relieve depression and tranquilizing the mind.The second part,Chai Gui Lu an Tang treatment of depression(generalized anxiety state)clinical observation.Before treatment,the demographic characteristics and baseline data of the two groups were compared,p > 0.05,which showed that there was no statistical significance between the two groups.3.The Hama scores of the observation group and the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(p < 0.05),and the effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 100% and 16.67% respectively,the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(p < 0.05),which showed that the integral of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment.Hama scores of the observation group and the control group after treatment were relatively visible,p < 0.05,there was a significant difference,indicating that the observation group after treatment scores significantly lower than the control group.The Hama score of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group(p < 0.05),which indicated that the observation group was more satisfied than the control group.2.The scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group and the control group after treatment were respectively compared with those before treatment,p < 0.05,which showed that there was statistical significance.The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,and the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(p <0.05).Compared with the control group,the score of TCM Syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(p < 0.05).3.3.After treatment in the Control Group and the observation group,there was no adverse reaction in the course of taking medicine in the two groups,so there was no case of discontinuation of treatment due to serious adverse outcome. |
