Clinical Controlled Research On Treatment Of Insomnia Associated With Anxiety State With Relieving Depression Of The Liver-Qi

Objective: The purpose of this subject is to observe the clinical efficacy of insomnia with anxiety state associated with Chai-Hu-Shu-Gan-San Decoction treatment combined Doxepin.And to observe the impact of the waves on the EEG ?. Methods:108 patients were randomly assigned to group A(western medicine group) and group B(Chinese traditional medicine group)and group C(traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine group)with 36 patients respectively. Group A takes Doxepin treatment,group B takes Chai-Hu-Shu-Gan-San Decoction treatment,group C takes Chai-Hu-Shu-Gan-San Decoction treatment combined Doxepin.All of the groups were served 4 weeks.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale,Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Chinese medicine symptoms rating scale and the EEG ? were observed in the clinical efficacy and symptoms of the three groups to improve the situation. Results:1?In the aspect of clinical curative effect, group A and group B and C group total effective rate was 66.67%, 70.91% and 96.77% respectively. Group C were significantly higher than group A(P<0.01).Group C were significantly higher than group B(P<0.01).Group A was no significant difference compared with group B(P>0.05).2?In the aspect of sleep,the improvement of group A was better than that of group B, with significant difference(P < 0.01),and the improvement of group C was better than that of group B, with significant difference(P < 0.01).Group A was no significant difference compared with group C(P>0.05).3?In the aspect of anxiety state,the improvement group C is better than that of group A and group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Group A was no significant difference compared with group B(P>0.05).4?In the aspect of TCM symptoms, the improvement of group B was better than that of group A, with significant difference(P<0.01).The improvement of group C was better than that of group A,with significant difference(P<0.01).Group B was no significant difference compared with group C(P>0.05).5?In the aspect of the waves on the EEG ?,the improve group C is better than group A and group B,with significant difference(P<0.01).
