| Purpose: This study is a retrospective cohort study to determine the efficacy,safety and clinical efficacy of Entecavir Tablets combined with Jiawei Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B of liver depression and spleen deficiency type,so as to provide clinical basis for the treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B and popularize its utilization rate.Materials And Methods: By collecting and sorting out the cases of e antigen positive CHB,120 patients with chronic hepatitis B who belonged to the type of liver depression and spleen deficiency and were not treated with antiviral therapy were selected from September 2017 to August 2019 in the liver disease clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine.On the basis of reasonable diet,moderate exercise and emotion regulation,the control group only took a single antiviral drug Entecavir tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Entecavir + Jiawei Xiaoyao powder.Continuous treatment for 12 weeks.Clinical symptoms and signs,liver function(ALT,AST,ALB,TBIL,ALP,GGT),HBV-DNA and HBe Ag were observed and recorded.The safety and efficacy of Jiawei Xiaoyao powder combined with Entecavir in the treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B with positive e antigen of liver depression and spleen deficiency type were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results: 1.Biochemical indexes: there was no significant difference in ALT,AST,ALB,TBi L,ALP,γ-GGT between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in ALT,AST,ALP,GGT between the two groups before and after treatment,but there was no significant difference in ALB,TBi L between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).There was significant difference in ALT,AST between the experimental group and the control group after treatment,and the decrease level of the index in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The effect of reducing alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase was better than that of the control group.2.After 12 weeks of treatment,35 cases of hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(57.38%)in the treatment group and 28 cases(50%)in the control group were negative by hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid(HBV).There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),which indicated that the treatment group and the control group were effective in reducing hepatitis B virus deoxyribonucleic acid.3.After 12 weeks of treatment,8 cases of e antigen turned negative in the treatment group(13.11%)and 6 cases in the control group(10.71%).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).4.The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome: after 12 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were improved.In the treatment group,12 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 19.67%,36 cases were effective,accounting for 59.02%,13 cases were not effective,accounting for 21.31%.while in the control group,5 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 8.93%,19 cases were effective,accounting for 33.93%,32 cases were not effective,accounting for 57.14%.There was significant difference in the course of treatment between the two groups(P < 0.05),which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of TCM symptoms.Conclusions: 1.Ijiawei Xiaoyao powder combined with Entecavir Tablets has a significant effect on the recovery and improvement of liver function,and can significantly improve liver injury.2.Jiawei Xiaoyao powder combined with entecavir Tablets can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients. |
