| Objective:Taking the literature on the use of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the network database for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis as the research object,the statistical method is used to mine the data and analyze it the regular pedigree of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis,and to provide the basic theoretical basis for guiding clinical medication.Methods: Through collecting the literature of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis and having clear composition of traditional Chinese medicine contained in the Chinese website before December 2019,using SPSS 22.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 to mine its medicine and its sexual taste.Results:1.Literature results: Compliance with the criteria for inclusion and exclusion,excluding duplicate documents,and finally included a total of 366 documents that meet the standards,432 drugs.2.Frequency result: 256 tastes of traditional Chinese medicine are included,and the total frequency of medication is 5667 times.Among them,Achyranthes bidentata can be used up to219 times,and the total frequency of medications ≧ 23 times is 66 tastes.The frequency of use is 85.12%,of which the top ten are cattle.Knee,dog ridge,angelica,licorice,solitary,eucommia,radix rehmanniae,white peony root,mulberry parasite,dips.3.Drug classification,medicinal properties,and menopause results: the drugs are classified into 18 categories,and the three types of tonic,blood circulation,and rheumatism drugs account for the most,accounting for 31.61%,17.69%,and 16.75,respectively.%,Of which the use of tonic drugs is mainly tonic drugs,accounting for 39.03%.The distribution of sweet and spicy medicines in Chinese medicine taste results is relatively high,accounting for36.27% and 25.95%,respectively;in the meridian of medicine,the liver meridian is mostly used,accounting for 28.35%,followed by the kidney meridian,accounting for 20.61%.4.Clustering results: clustering the top 30 drugs using drugs into 5 categories.Class 1 is Angelica,Chuanxiong,Gentiana macrophylla,Poria,Asarum,licorice,and mulberry;Class 2is Achyranthes bidentata,Eucommia ulmoides,Psoralea,Psoralen,Dog Ridge,Dipsacus,Rehmannia,etc.;Class 3 is Astragalus,centipede,Whole scorpion;class 4 is Coprinus cinnamomea,blue wind vine,clematis;class 5 is coix seed,cork.5.Results of association rules: The association rules obtained a total of 104 rule numbers,of which Angelica + Chuanxiong has the highest support,and Angelica + Chuanxiong +mulberry parasitism + Duhuo has the highest confidence.Conclusion:1.The treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with Achyranthes bidentata,dog’s ridge,angelica,licorice,duhuo,eucommia ulmoides,radix rehmanniae,white peony root,mulberry parasitism,dipsacus as its core medication;2.Most of the treatments are based on tonic drugs,especially tonic drugs,and on this basis,rheumatism drugs and blood circulation and blood stasis drugs are applied;3.The medicinal taste of the drug is mostly sweet and spicy,mostly in the liver and kidney channels;4.Angelica + Chuanxiong is its core drug pair. |
