Objective:This study applied the human body composition analysis detection technology, with reference to the 2017 edition of "Chinese type 2 Diabetes prevention guide on diabetic nephropathy(Diabetes Kidney diseases,DKD)diagnosis standard, combining and syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine classification, using statistical methods, explore the DKD phlegm dampness syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine and dampness in the human body composition analysis of the characteristics of the relevant indicators,to reveal the DKD phlegmy wet card and card of wet muddy material foundation to lay the foundation.Methods:1.Source of cases: all the cases studied in this study were from the outpatient and ward of nephroendocrinology department, dongzhimen hospital of Beijing university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 1,2018 to December 30,2018.2.Diagnostic criteria:The inclusion criteria of western medicine included 96 DKD patients according to the diagnostic criteria of diabetic nephropathy in the 2017 edition of the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes in China. The inclusion criteria of traditional Chinese medicine refer to the standards for the diagnosis, syndrome differentiation and efficacy evaluation of diabetic nephropathy(2007 edition)and the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy(2011 edition).3.Detection method: the human body composition analyzer is used in this study, and the model is dba-550 expert human body composition analyzer to measure the human body composition indexes of the included cases, including:Interacellular Water(ICW),Extracellular Water(ECW),Total body Water(TBW),inorganic salt, protein, skeletal muscle mass(TR),PercentBodyFat(PBF),Visceral fat area(VFA),Waist hip ratio(Waist hip)Body ratio(WHR),body weight, body mass index(BMI),BMR,etc.4.Statistical analysis: SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis, and x s was used for continuous variables subject to normal distribution.Independent sample t test was used for comparison between the two groups, and independent sample rank sum test was used for those not subject to normal distribution.Correlation analysis: Pearson or Spearman analysiswas used to analyze the correlation between syndrome integral and human body composition parameters.5.The result:The human body composition analysis indexes of phlegm-dampness syndrome and dampness turbidity syndrome are as follows: Protein(9.79 1.70),inorganic salt(4.09 0.76),ICW(22.64 3.91),ECW(15.27 2.76),TBW(37.90 6.64),muscle mass(47.708.33),TR(21.47 3.72),BMR(1488.54 195.86),fat-shedding weight(51.79 9.07),height(163.82 7.65),weight(71.01 13.22),BMI(26.39 4.25),PBF(2)6.31 10.73),WHR(0.900.08),body fat(19.31 9.93),VFA(114.52 44.86);Correlation between syndrome integral and human body composition analysis: Protein(R=0.376,P < 0.001),inorganic salt(R=0.427,P <0.001),ICW(R=0.330,P=0.001),ECW(R=0.359,P < 0.001),TBW(R=0.358,P < 0.001),muscle mass(R=0.353,P < 0.001),TR(R=0.330,P=0.001),BMR(R=0.350,P=0.001),fat-free body weight(R=0.351,P=0.001),BMI(R=0.396,P=0.001),PBF(R=-0.027,P=0.795),WHR(R=0.098,P=0.342),body fat mass(R=0.109,P=0.292),VFA(R=0.161,P=0.118).The human body composition analysis indexes of non-phlegm-dampness syndrome and non-dampness turbidity syndrome are as follows: Protein(8.51 2.09),inorganic salt(3.350.74),ICW(19.68 4.85),ECW(12.73 2.90),TBW(32.39 7.70),muscle mass(40.90 9.80),TR(19.13 4.27),BMR(1325.94 227.33),fat loss weight(44.26 10.53),height(159.39 8.43),weight(63.71 12.72),BMI(24.87 2.65),PBF(The results were as follows: 30.71 8.02),WHR(0.92 0.04),body fat(19.47 5.75),VFA(116.89 28.08).Correlation between syndrome integral and human body composition analysis: Protein(R=-0.151,P=0.141),inorganic salt(R=-0.55,P=0.593),ICW(R=-0.153,P=0.137),ECW(R=-0.131,P=0.203),TBW(R=-0.155,P=0.133),muscle mass(R=-0.150,P=0.145),TR(R=-0.171,P=0.096),BMR(R=-0.144,P=0.161),fat-free weight(R=-0.145,P=0.159),BMI(R=-0.071,P=0.491),PBF(R=0.067,P=0.518),WHR(R=-0.013,P=0.902),body fat mass(R=-0.022,P=0.830),VFA(R=-0.026,P=0.802).6.Conclusion:In the included cases,DKD group with phlegm-dampness syndrome and dampness turbidity syndrome: ICW,ECW,TBW,protein, inorganic salt, muscle mass,TR,BMR,fat-free weight, height, weight and BMI were all higher than the non-phlegm-dampness syndrome and non-dampness turbidity syndrome group.DKD phlegm-dampness syndrome and dampness turbidity syndrome are positively correlated with ICW,ECW,TBW,protein, inorganic salt, muscle mass,fat-free weight, skeletal muscle mass,TR,BMR and BMI,but not with body fat mass,PBF,WHR and VFA.The DKD scores of non-phlegm-dampness syndrome and non-dampness turbidity syndrome have no correlation with the indexes of human body composition analysis. Therefore, this study suggests that it is possible to reveal the characteristics of phlegm-dampness syndrome and dampness turbidity syndrome of diabetic kidney disease and human body composition through the method of human body composition analysis.
