Study On The Improvement Of Clinical Symptoms In Patients With Ankylosing Spondyloarthritis Under The Treatment Of Depression And Anxiety Based On The Liver Theory

To study the improvement of clinical symptoms in patients with spinal arthritis under depression and anxiety by using conventional western medicine(sulfasalazine indomethacin)and traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with conventional western medicine.to provide a more effective reference for the clinical treatment of ankylosing spondylitis in the state of depression and anxiety.Methods: This experiment adopts the principle of random distribution,single center and single test.Thirty-eight patients with ankylosing spondylitis who met the inclusion criteria were divided into routine western medicine group,western medicine combined with "from the liver" group for 2 weeks of hospitalization.Laboratory indicators(WBC?ESR?CRP)and subjective indicators(VAS score,SAS score,SDS score)were collected before and after treatment.the WBC?CRP?ESR?VAS scores before and after treatment between groups were tested by independent sample T.A chi-square test was performed on the SAS?SDS scores and therapeutic effects before and after treatment.Each country group intra-group differences were by independent sample T.Results :1.There was no significant difference in WBC between the two groups before and after treatment and and between groups before and after treatment.There was no significant difference between 2.two groups before CRP,after treatment.Before and after treatment CRP the control group had significant difference.experimental group CRP:P<0.01,the difference was highly significant.3.difference between the two groups before and after ESR treatment was not significant.Before and after treatment in the control group ESR significant differences.experimental group ESR:P<0.01,the difference was highly significant.4.difference between the two groups before VAS treatment was not significant.Treatment After VAS scoredifference has the significance.Before and after treatment differences in VAS scores before and after treatment.There was no significant difference in SAS score between5.two groups before treatment,and significant difference in SAS score after treatment.There was no significant difference in SDS score between 5.two groups before treatment,and significant difference in SDS score after treatment.Conclusion: Through this clinical curative effect study,it is concluded that the clinical symptom improvement of patients with ankylosing spondylitis under the condition of depression and anxiety is feasible from the treatment of liver.The improvement effect of "Chaihu Shugan San and Xiaoyao San" combined with "Salizapyridine indomethacin" was better than that of Salizapyridine indomethacin."Chaihu Shugan San and Xiaoyao San" has a certain effect on the improvement of clinical symptoms in the state of depression and anxiety.
