With the continuous development of technologies such as sensors and Internet of Things, smart medical technology is gradually transforming from concept to actual product, especially with the continuous breakthrough of sensors in miniaturization, flexibility and intelligence in recent years.Sensor systems and the like are gaining more and more applications int the medical field. This paper combines flexible pressure sensing technology, wireless sensor network and cloud platform technology to design and manufacture micro pressure sensor and supporting system. It is mainly aimed at non-invasive monitoring problem encountered in the osteofascial compartment syndrome, for a real-time monitoring and auxiliary diagnosis of this disease.Different form the current clinical use of “puncture” to measure the intrafascial pressure in the fascia, our system focuses on the non-invasive monitoring of the osteofascial compartment syndrome. The flexible pressure sensing unit can measure the pressure(external pressure)here in real time by using a medical tape to attach it to the injured site, and then we can know the pressure in the fascia. The flexible sensor which combined the flexible pressure sensing unit and the subsequent flexible circuit will send the measured data to the data aggregation node in real time through wireless communication, and then the node transmits the collected data to the host computer through serial communication, and the host computer software processes and stores the data and upload it to the cloud server.Doctors and patients and their families can access the pressure data stored on the cloud server through a computer or mobile phone,so that the doctor can know the patient's condition in real time through the system and make accurate judgments, which can greatly reduce the probability of misdiagnosis.Through the work of this paper,a flexible pressure sensor with a physical size of only55mm*35mm and its supporting wireless data transmission and processing system are designed and manufactured. The sending unit and circuit board of the whole flexible pressure sensor are all made of flexible materials. It it highly wearable and can continue to communicate for up to 48 hours indoors within 65 m.In addition, the host computer software of the system can display the received pressure data in real time, store locally, and upload to the cloud server. Finally, through a model simulation experiment of osteofascial compartment syndrome,it is proved that there is a certain relationship between the external and internal pressure in the fascia. It also verified the feasibility of the system in principle. In addition, the architecture of the miniature pressure sensor system has good extendibility, which can be used not only for the monitoring of the osteofascial compartment syndrome, but also for many fields such as medical rehabilitation, and has a very broad application prospect.
