Objective: on the basis of subjective and objective evaluation of muscle, combining acupuncture which is traditional Chinese therapy and stretching,to observe the effect of different intervention methods on recovery of motor fatigue,so as to seek a quick and effective method for recovery of motor fatigue. Methods: forty-four healthy male college students from Chengdu Sport University were selected to record the maximum contractile force of quadriceps femoris by stretching the knee at the peak moment per unit body weight. The modified Thomas test was used to measure the knee Angle and observe the change of quadriceps femoris flexibility. The subjective physical sensation grade(RPE)score was used to record the subjective fatigue feeling of the body. The quadriceps developed motor fatigue using the David pedal force assessment equipment. In this study, subjects were randomly divided into four groups: stretch acupuncture group, acupuncture group, stretch group and blank control group. In the acupuncture group, xue hai point,fu tu point and liang qiu point were selected along with oblique acupuncture, while in the stretching group, quadriceps femoral muscle was stretched by kneeling. In the stretching position acupuncture group, acupuncture was performed at the same acupuncture point in the body position of kneeling quadriceps femoral muscle.Muscle strength, flexibility and subjective physical sensation level(RPE)scores were measured immediately after exercise fatigue and after intervention,respectively.SPSS19.0 data statistical software was used to analyze the effects of these four methods on exercise fatigue recovery of quadriceps femoris. Results: 1.According to the equipment training of pedal-david pedal-strength evaluation, the maximum isometric contraction force of quadriceps femoris decreased by 10%-28.9%,the subjective physical sensation level(RPE)score was between14-19 points, and the average maximum heart rate was over 130 times /min,indicating that the exercise fatigue produced by the body was above moderate fatigue.2.During exercise fatigue, the mean peak moment(Nm/kg)of unit body weight of subjects in the four groups was between 2.37-2.51,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After intervention, the peak moment values(Nm/kg)of unit body weight of quadriceps extensor knee were 4.07,3.77,3.65 and 3.14 in the stretch acupuncture group, the acupuncture group, the stretch group and the blank group, respectively, which were significantly different from the exercise fatigue group(P<0.01).The tension acupuncture group was significantly better than the tension group and the blank group, with significant difference(P<0.05).3.During exercise fatigue, theknee joint Angle was measured by the modified Thomas test, and the mean knee joint Angle of the four groups of subjects was between 117.98° and 125.00°,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After intervention, the knee joint Angle of the stretch acupuncture group was significantly lower than that of the stretch group and the blank group, with extremely significant difference(P<0.01),and significantly different from that of the acupuncture group(P<0.05).4.During exercise fatigue, the mean RPE score of the four groups of subjects was between 16.00 and 16.55,with no significant difference(P>0.05).After intervention, there was a significant difference between the acupuncture group and the blank group(P<0.05),and a very significant difference between the stretch acupuncture group and the acupuncture group and the blank group(P<0.01),which was statistically significant. Conclusions: 1.Acupuncture,acupuncture and stretching at the stretch position are effective anti-fatigue means in terms of strength, flexibility and subjective feeling of the quadriceps.2.In terms of immediate treatment, acupuncture under the stretching position produces a synergistic or superposition effect on the therapeutic effect of both stretching and acupuncture, which enables athletes and sports enthusiasts to adjust their state quickly and efficiently during the intervals of competition, and provides scientific training reference for the recovery of sports fatigue.
