ObjectivesThe author evaluates the treatment results of different acupuncture that are used in treating exercise-induced fatigue of quadriceps femoris obtained by the surface electromyogram technology analysis.MethodsBy applying the surface electromyogram technology, the author carries on a real time and thorough monitoring record through an exercise fatigued on 36 subjects'quadriceps femoris, then measuring their treatment (?) which root in the data about iEMG,MF after different acupuncture. And evaluates which group is more efficient than another with RPE SPSS16.0 statistical software to complete ANOVA test.Resultl.sEMG shows that its amplitude,iEMG is increased along with the progressive increase of exercise load,iEMG threshold occurs and MF decreases with the progressive increase of exercise load.2.The results after treatment of acupuncture shows iEMG decreased and MF increased.3.The two groups after acupuncture are obviously positive(P<0.01) compared with no treatment ones, and show an image with steady swing, disciplinary frequency.4.The subjects after aclinic acupuncture acquire a positive results(P<0.01) compared with vertical acupuncture ones.5. The subjects after aclinic acupuncture is 87.7% more than ertical acupuncture ones.Conclusions1,sEMG can evaluate treating exercise-induced fatigue of quadriceps femoris objectively.2,Acupuncture can be used in treating exercise-induced fatigue of quadriceps femoris. 3,Aclinic acupuncture acquire a positive results compared with vertical acupuncture.
