Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Huang Lijuan For The Treatment Of Recurrent Angina Pectoris After PCI Of Coronary Heart Disease

Background:Professor Huang Lijuan,a state-level and well-known traditional Chinese medicine doctor,has unique features in the treatment of recurrent angina pectoris after PCI after coronary heart disease.His previous experience is mostly clinically summarized,lacking in-depth mining and objective analysis,so relying on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and assistance platform,In-depth data mining system analysis of Professor Huang’s clinical experience is of great significance.Objective:Based on the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary Platform",in-depth data mining and systematic analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of Professor Huang Lijuan’s treatment of recurrent angina pectoris after PCI after coronary surgery,and look forward to the clinical analysis of TCM treatment of recurrent angina pectoris after PCI Provide guidance and reference.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,the treatment prescriptions for clinical efficacy of patients with recurrent angina pectoris after coronary heart disease undergoing PCI in the outpatient department of Professor Huang Lijuan of Beijing Medical University Hospital of Capital Medical University were collected.Combined with the software’s analysis system,the frequency statistics method is used to obtain the frequency of the traditional Chinese medicine’s taste.The association rules analysis method and cluster analysis method are used to obtain the combination frequency of drugs and the association rules between drugs.Combining expert interviews with Professor Huang Lijuan and his academic heirs,he summarized the characteristics and regularity of prescription medications for Professor Huang Lijuan’s treatment of angina pectoris after PCI.Results:A total of 115 patients meeting the research criteria were included in this study,and 115 prescriptions were obtained.The basic information was obtained.Statistics:The ratio of male patients to female patients in this study was about 1.61:1,and the age distribution was 36-82 years old.Professor Huang Lijuan The commonly used drugs for the treatment of recurrent angina after PCI in coronary heart disease are:raw astragalus,salvia,turmeric,and yuanhu.Ophiopogon japonicus.Schisandra,white peony root.Stir-fried date kernel,mulberry parasite,Poria,ground dragon,turmeric,Coptis chinensis,quince,citrus aurantium.The four qi of the drug is mainly cold,followed by the warmth,the five flavors of the drug are the most bitter,the sweet and the spicy are the second,the drug is the liver,heart and spleen,the lung and kidney are the second.Commonly used drug pair combinations are:Salvia miltiorrhiza,raw astragalus,turmeric,raw astragalus,turmeric,salvia miltiorrhiza,raw astragalus,yuanhu,salvia miltiorrhiza,yuanhu,Ophiopogon japonicus,schisandra,10 drug core combinations,and 5 new prescriptions,Respectively:No.1 side is tangerine,water safflower seed,polyporus,mulberry white skin;No.2 side is Yin Chen,Tribulus terrestris,Pueraria lobata,Panax notoginseng;No.3 side is Portulaca oleracea,P.spp.,Turmeric,Guizhi;No.4 side is Tribulus terrestris,dog’s ridge,Panax notoginseng,Epimedium,Asarum,sorrel;No.5 side is prince ginseng,Coprinus chinensis,fried jujube kernel,turmeric,citrus aurantium Shell,mulberry parasite.Conclusion:Professor Huang Lijuan takes Yiqiyangyin,Huoxuetongmai,Liqisanyu as the basic treatment methods in the treatment of angina pectoris after coronary heart disease.It emphasizes the adherence to the five-visceral homology,especially the treatment of heart and liver.Adhere to the theory related to qi and blood,attach importance to the treatment of qi and blood,and use both qi and blood.Clinical medicine should pay attention to the protection of Yin and Jin,Gan Han Zhi Yun Yang medicine and Xin Wen Xing Qi Sheng Yang Huoxue medicine.
