| Objective: In this study,the collected outpatient medical records of Professor Zhou Yabin for the treatment of post-PCI recurrent angina after coronary artery disease were analyzed and studied by using a retrospective analysis method through the TCM inheritance assistance platform,with a view to exploring the mentor’s clinical experience in the use of medication for post-PCI recurrent angina after coronary artery disease.Methods: The cases of patients with recurrent angina after coronary artery disease PCI treated by the outpatient clinic of Professor Zhou Yabin of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to October 2020 were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 104 cases with clear diagnosis,complete information and meeting the inclusion criteria were included in the case information.The original database was established for collation.The data were then imported into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(TCMISS)V3.0 for analysis of patient general information,four consultations information,drug frequency,and core prescriptions to summarize the instructors’ experience in treating recurrent angina after coronary artery disease PCI.Results:1.Basic information resultsAmong the 104 prescriptions enrolled,63 were male patients and 41 were female patients,and the patients’ age of onset was mainly concentrated after60 years old,accounting for 65.38% of the number of patients collected.The evidence types were classified as Qi deficiency and blood stasis,phlegm obstruction and blood stasis,Qi and Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation and blood stasis,Yang deficiency and water flooding,heart blood deficiency,heart yin deficiency,and cold clotting of heart veins.2.Statistical results of symptomsThe main symptoms of the 104 selected cases were: chest tightness,vague pain in the precordial region,shortness of breath,weakness,and aggravation after activity;the evidence of Qi deficiency and blood stasis was more inclined to shortness of breath,weakness,palpitation,and spontaneous sweating on the basis of the main symptoms;the evidence of phlegm blockage and blood stasis was more inclined to dizziness,stuffy pain in the precordial regi on,chest tightness,weakness,and shortness of breath on the basis of the main symptoms;the evidence of Qi and Yin deficiency was more inclined to vague pain in the precordial region,chest tightness,shortness of breath,dry mouth,and sleep on the basis of the main symptoms.The symptoms of Qi-Yin deficiency were more inclined to vague pain in the precordial region,chest tightness,shortness of breath,dry mouth,poor sleep,and distress,while the symptoms of Qi-Stagnation and Blood Stasis were more inclined to chest tightness,stuffy pain in the precordial region,good rest,poor sleep,aggravated after activity,and pain leading to the shoulder and back.3.Prescription medicine statistical resultsA total of 104 prescriptions were included,involving 142 herbal medicines,with a total frequency of 2148 times.The top 10 most frequently used herbs were Glycyrrhiza glabra(98 times),Astragalus membranaceus(93times),Radix Codonopsis pilosulae(90 times),Radix et Rhizoma pentaphyllum(89 times),Radix Platycodon grandiflorum(80 times),Poria cocos(76 times),Fructus schisandrae(76 times),Radix maitake(73 times)and Salvia miltiorrhiza(69 times).Commonly used drugs are warm in nature,followed by flat and cold in nature.The five tastes of drugs were mainly sweet,bitter and pungent.Conclusion:1.The common evidence types of postoperative recurrent angina pectoris after PCI for coronary artery disease treated by Prof.Zhou Yabin are Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence,phlegm obstruction and blood stasis evidence,Qi and Yin deficiency evidence,and Qi stagnation and blood stasis evidence.2.The common drugs used by Prof.Zhou Yabin in the treatment of post-PCI recurrent angina pectoris in coronary artery disease are: licorice,astragalus,semen,codonopsis,orris,asclepias,poria,wu wei zi,maitong,danshen,fu sheng,angelica,panax ginseng,chuanxiong,cinnamon.3.Professor Zhou Yabin’s common herbal medicines for the treatment of postoperative angina pectoris after PCI for coronary heart disease are mainly warm,flat and cold in nature;the common flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent;the common categories of herbal medicines are tonic for deficiency,activating blood stasis,resolving phlegm and relieving cough and asthma,diuresis and dampness,and tranquilizer.4.The treatment of recurrent angina after PCI for coronary artery disease by Professor Zhou Yabin was based on both tonics and supplements. |
