Data Mining To Explore The Rules Of Prescriptions Prescribed By Professor Wang Xingkuan In The Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease And Angina Pectoris With Deficiency Of Qi, Yin, Phlegm And Blood Stasis

Objective:Data mining was used to analyze the medication regularity of Professor Wang Xingkuan's prescriptions for angina pectoris of co ronary heart disease.Methods:1044 original medical records of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris diagnosed and treated by Professor Wang Xingkuan i n the outpatient department of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine from 2017 to 2020 were collected and entered into the trad itional Chinese Medicine Inheritance computing platform v3.0.The sy mptoms,tongue and pulse conditions were analyzed by using the soft ware.The basic syndrome types of the included cases were obtained after the high-frequency symptoms and tongue and pulse conditions w ere obtained,and then the cases with other concurrent syndromes wer e eliminated to leave the evidence Finally,the software data analysis module was used to analyze the medication rules of the retrospective cases collected from 2017-2018 and the prospective cases collected fr om 2019-2020.Results:1.symptoms and tongue pulse: the main symptoms are chest tightness,palpitation,restlessness of night sleep,shortness of breath,dizziness,dry mouth and chest pain.The common tongue images are light red tongue,thin yellow moss,and the main pulse is fine pulse string;2.basic syndrome type: the basic syndrome type included in the medical record is Qi Ying deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis syn drome;3.medicine and material four Qi,five flavor and meridians: t he frequency distribution of four Qi is cold,warm,flat,cool,cold,c old,cold,cold,cold,cold,cold,cold,cold,cold,cold,and the other is the main symptom of the disease The frequency distribution of he at and five flavors is from high to low,which are sweet,bitter,spicy,sour and salty.The frequency distribution of meridians is from high to low,respectively,namely heart,lung,spleen,stomach,liver,kidney,bile,large intestine,bladder,pericardium,small intestine and triple c oke;3.treatment methods: common treatment is 10,mainly including relieving phlegm and removing blood stasis,clearing liver,benefiting bile,nourishing qi and nourishing camp;4.characteristics of dispatch:the most used prescription The most frequently used experience is X intongling III,followed by Shengmai Jiexiong decoction,puerarin Jian ghuang powder and Pinggan decoction.5.High frequency drugs: main ly including wheat winter,pinellia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,trichosanthis p eel,Coptis chinensis,Schisandra,bupleurum,Radix Glycyrrhiza,Gastr odia elata,ginseng,Fu Shen,hook hook The results showed that the drug combination with high association rules was composed of ginsen g,pinellia,bupleurum,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Coptis flavescens,Trichosa nthes peel,Radix Glycyrrhiza,Radix Maidong and Schisandra.7.anal ysis of core combination of drugs: the drug cluster obtained 6 core d rug combinations,which were(1)pinellia,Coptis chinensis,Radix chin ensis,Schisandra,Trichosanthes,Salvia miltiorrhiza,ginseng,bupleuru m;(2)wheat winter,Schisandra,Trichosanthes skin,fried licorice,pinel lia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,ginseng,bupleurum;(3)pinellia,Coptis,ginseng,wheat winter,trichosanthis skin,Schisandra,roasted licorice,bupleur um;(4)pinellia,bupleurum,trichosanthis skin,ginseng,Coptis chinensi s,Radix cerevisiae,Radix cerevisiae,Radix trichosanthis,Radix Schis andra,Radix Schisandra,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Glycyrrhiza,etc,The retrospective cases collected in 2017-2018 are similar to those co llected in 2019-2020.Conclusion:1.The basic syndrome type of chest pain is Qi Ying def iciency,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and the basic treatment m ethod is to strengthen Qi and nourish camp,to open phlegm to remov e blood stasis,to dredge liver and to benefit bile;2.Wang Laopai's prescription is characterized by good use of the prescription,which us ually changes with the treatment of syndrome and uses the prescriptio n of test.Professor wangxingkuan commonly used the prescriptions of Shengmai Powder,poring almond liquorice decoction,Liuwei Dihuang pill,Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,and the commonly used presc ription were Xintongling III,Shengmai Jiexiong Decoction and puerari n Jianghuang powder;3.Wang old medicine features:(1)cold and wa rm combined with,attack and supplement,commonly used in clinical use of ginseng,wheat winter,Schisandra(i.e.Shengmai Powder)comb ined with Huanglian,Banxia,Gualou skin(namely xiaojiexiong Decoct ion)The results showed that the drugs were used in the same way,a nd the liver and heart were adjusted in the same way,and the other syndromes were taken into consideration.The pathogenesis of the dise ase was observed and treated with the syndrome.4.Professor Wang Xingkuan's prescription law in 2017-2018 is not significantly different from that of 2019-2020.
