Research On The Prescription And Medication Rule Of Professor Ni Cheng In The Treatment Of Cold Syndrome Based On Body Differentiation And Disease Differentiation

Objectives:Through the application of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5),the clinical diagnosis and treatment model of professor Ni Cheng on the treatment of cold phobia was systematically summarized,and explore the correlation of "constitution-disease-syndrome-symptom-drug" of cold phobia.As the academic heir of professor Wang Qi,professor Ni Cheng made a systematic analyzes the clinical data for his treatment of cold phobia,which could verify and further explore the correlation between cold phobia and physique from the perspective of prescription analysis,as well as the repeatability of the diagnosis and treatment model of cold phobia and the rule of prescription in famous old Chinese medicine.So as to update the idea of prescription medication for cold phobia,provide data support for clinical guidance of prescription medication for cold phobia,and help to improve the curative effect of cold phobia.Methods:From June 2008 to March 2019,clinical data of patients with cold phobia who visited the outpatient department of professor Ni Cheng from national medical college and community hospital were collected,and about 167 prescriptions were included.Using Microsoft Excel 2016 to standardize the data and enter the application of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support platform(V2.5),the database was established based on the platform,on the basis of the constitution type,concomitant diseases and syndromes,symptoms,use frequency,and complex system entropy clustering,association rules mining method,make an analysis of data,to export to Excel spreadsheet,which summarizes the excavated Ni Cheng professor treatment cold phobia diagnosis and treatment patterns and rules of prescription medication,explore the cold phobia correlation of "constitution-disease-syndrome-symptom-drug".Results:Constitution-drug statistics:according to the statistics of constitution frequency,the constitution types of the patients with chills are yang-deficiency constitution and yang-deficiency constitution.Among them,Yang deficiency and qi deficiency are the most common ones.Based on the analysis of the frequency of drug use in different body types,it was found that the common drugs for cold patients with Yang deficiency were antler pound,antler cream,rehmannia,dodder and epimedium.Patients with cold phobias,Yang deficiency and qi deficiency are commonly used in deer horn£,deer horn cream,deer antler,astragalus membranaceus and rehmannia rehmannii.Disease-drug statistics:according to the statistics of the frequency of cold phobia combined with disease and its disease differentiation,it is found that cold phobia is often combined with bi syndrome,sweat syndrome,insomnia,diarrhea,stomach ruffian and other diseases.The common drugs combined with sweat syndrome include cassia twig,radix paeoniae alba,processed liquorice,etc.Amalgamative do not sleep common drug has jujube kernel,xia subtilis,lily,radix paeoniae alba,anemarrhena,unripe keel,coptis coptis;The commonly used drugs for combined diarrhea are cassia twig,aconite,stir-fried atractylodes,dried ginger,evodia corni,etc.The antler,psoralen-sliced antler and so on.Confidence in drug rule from high to low is cornua cervi degelatinatum,sliced antler->radix paeoniae alba,cassia twig->sliced antler>angelica sinensis->sliced antler>cassia twig,sliced antler->radix paeoniae alba>radix paeoniae alba->angelica sinensis>radix paeoniae alba,angelica sinensis->cassia twig>cassia twig->angelica sinensis>radix paeoniae alba->cassia twig>cassia twig->radix paeoniae alba>processed liquorice->angelica sinensis etc.Twenty core groups,including sliced antler-semen cuscutae-cornua cervi degelatinatum,angelica sinensis-psoralen-epimedium,radix paeoniae alba-cinnamon-cassia twig,cornus dogberry-cinnamon-moutan bark,angelica sinensis-cannon aconite-epimedium etc.The groups of new prescriptions were identified,including sliced antler-semen cuscutae-cornua cervi degelatinatum-lignum millettiae,radix paeoniae alba-cinnamon-cassia twig-cornus dogberry-moutan bark,angelica sinensis-cannon aconite-goldthread-epimedium,angelica sinensis-cannon aconite-atractylodes macrocephala-radix cyathulae,angelica sinensis-goldthread-psoralen-epimedium and so on.Syndrome-drug statistics:according to the statistics of syndrome frequency and medication frequency based on syndrome differentiation,it is concluded that the common syndromes in the 34 syndromes are the syndrome of "ying wei diffidence","Yin deficiency and fire prosperity","cold dampness and obstruction","kidney Yang deficiency","spleen and stomach deficiency",etc.Among them,ying wei often uses cassia twig and radix paeoniae alba,etc,and Yin deficiency fire flourishing card often uses anemone,radix paeoniae alba,lily,etc.Symptom-drug statistics:according to the frequency statistics of 91 symptoms,the high frequency symptoms of cold phobia include chills,sweating,night sweats,body pains,wind chills,dull tongue,pulse string,thin coating,dark red tongue,fatigue and so on.The symptoms associated with high degree were night sweat->chills,body pain->chills,dim tongue->chills,pulse chord->chills,wind chills->chills,and sweat->chills.The result of symptom medicine association rule analysis is,sweating use alba,cassia twig,radix paeoniae alba-cassia twig,cassia twig-sliced antler,radix paeoniae alba-sliced antler,radix paeoniae alba-cassia twig-sliced antler;Chills use sliced antler,cassia twig,radix paeoniae alba;Wind chills,body pains use sliced antlers,cassia twig,radix paeoniae alba,processed liquorice,cassia twig-sliced antler,radix paeoniae alba-cassia twig,radix paeoniae alba-sliced antler,etc.Conclusions:1.Professor Ni Cheng proposed that yang-deficiency constitution the foundation of cold phobia should be attached importance to in the treatment of cold phobia,The location of the disease was mainly in the governor vein,which was closely related to the kidney and spleen and the pathogenic factors of cold pathogenic blocked the Du pulse should be considered.lt is concluded that professor Ni Cheng often uses methods of waming the Du pulse,tonifying the kidney and warming the Yang,strengthening the spleen and benefiting the Yang in the treatment of cold phobia on the basis of "distinguishing constitution and disease".Characteristics of medication for sliced antler and cornua cervi degelatinatum with adjustable body and warm Du pulse,cassia twig and radix paeoniae alba to reconcile Ying and Wei,at the same time prove repeatability of old Chinese medicine experience.2.Professor Ni Cheng inherited professor Wang Qi's idea of"constitution disease related"in the treatment of cold phobia.The diagnosis and treatment model of "constitution differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation" was applied.Based on the warm Yang and balance Ying and Wei,he attached importance to the treatment of cold phobia from the eight abnormal meridians,and to warm the Du pulse,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of cold phobia.
