| Thl,Th2,Th17,and Treg cells have different immune states in different liver diseases.For hepatitis B cirrhosis,chronic hepatitis B is the main reason for its production,and hepatitis B is mainly indirectly through the immune response Hepatocytes are damaged,and then developed into cirrhosis.Several studies have shown that immune dysfunction of hepatitis B cirrhosis,especially Thl,Th2,Th17,and Treg cells play an important role in their development.Qi deficiency syndrome runs through hepatitis B cirrhosis and can be caused by deficiency or by deficiency.Most patients in clinic have symptoms of Qi deficiency syndrome.However,there are few research reports on the immune status of qi deficiency syndrome of hepatitis B cirrhosis,so this study focuses on the immune status of patients with qi deficiency syndrome of hepatitis B cirrhosis,which is of certain significance for judging the condition,prognosis and treatment.Domestic studies have shown that ginseng and astragalus have the effect of regulating immunity.This study explored the effect of Shenqi granules on the levels of Th1,Th2,Th17,and Treg cells in patients with qi deficiency syndrome of hepatitis B cirrhosis,providing reference for clinical medicationObjectve:To investigate the levels of Thl,Th2,Th17,and Treg cells in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and Qi deficiency.Simultaneously study the effect of Shenqi granules on Thl,Th2,Th17,Treg cell levels of Qi deficiency syndrome of liver cirrhosisMethods:The patients who were treated in the outpatient department of the Hepatology Department of Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from December 2018 to July 2019 were selected,and finally included 33 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and syndrome differentiation as Qi deficiency syndrome,including 21 males and 12 females;and 30 healthy patients were included in the physical examination center,including 17 males and 13 females.The test is divided into two parts.The first part:To detect the levels of Th1,Th2,Th17,and Treg cells in patients with qi deficiency syndrome of hepatitis B cirrhosis and healthy people by flow cytometry,and compare the two;the second part:to give qi deficiency syndrome of hepatitis B cirrhosis Patient Shenqi granules;usage and dosage:3 grams of ginseng granules,3 grams of astragalus granules,taken twice in the morning and evening after dissolving in hot water;medication cycle:1 month;record the score of Qi deficiency syndrome before and after treatment;check each time before and after treatmentTh1,Th2,Th17,Treg cell levels;simultaneously detect relevant clinical indicators.Use SPSS23.0 for data statistics.Results:1.There was no statistical difference in Thl of patients with liver cirrhosis with Qi deficiency syndrome compared with the healthy group(P>0.05),and there was a statistical difference in Th2 below the healthy group(P<0.05).Th17 and Treg were higher than those in healthy subjects(P<0.05)2.The total effective rate of Shenqi granules in treating liver cirrhosis of Qi deficiency syndrome was 82%,and the score of Qi deficiency syndrome decreased after treatment(P<0.05)3.After treatment with Shenqi Granules,there was a statistically significant decrease in Th1 compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),there was no statistical difference before and after Th2 treatment(P>0.05);there was no statistical difference before and after Thl7 treatment(P>0.05).),Treg decreased significantly before treatment(P<0.05)4.The liver function(ALT,AST,GGT,ALP,ALB)of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and Qi deficiency syndrome before and after treatment had no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.In patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis and qi deficiency syndrome,the ratio of Th2 cells decreased compared with healthy persons,and the ratio of Th17 and Treg cells increased in healthy persons,indicating that there is abnormal immune function in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis due to qi deficiency syndrome.2.Shenqi Granule can obviously improve the symptoms of Qi deficiency in hepatitis B cirrhosis and reduce the levels of Thl and Treg cells.Shenqi Granules can improve the symptoms of Qi deficiency in hepatitis B cirrhosis,but the change in the reduction of Th1 and Treg cell levels may not be conducive to the improvement of hepatitis B cirrhosis.Clinical application may be contradictory,and further research is needed.Shenqi granules can obviously improve the Qi deficiency symptoms of hepatitis B liver cirrhosis. |
