Research On The Law Of TCM Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment For Type 2 Diabetes By Professor Lou Xien Based On Data Mining

Objective:Through the collection,information collation and data analysis of Prof essor Lou Xien’s treatment of type 2 diabetes,combined with the daily teaching content of the instructor and his own experience,heexplored Professor Lou from the aspects of theoretical knowledge,practical experience,speculative characteristics,and cognitive methods.The medication rule,diagnosis and treatment ideas and academic thoughts for the treatment of type 2 diabetes provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes in the clinicMethods:Cases from Professor Lou Xien who were admitted to the outpatient de partment of Endocrinology Department of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing Univ ersity of Chinese Medicine between January 2016 and January 2019 were diagnosed w ith type 2 diabetes and met the criteria for inclusion in this study.According to the t emplate,the basic information required for the case is retrieved from the Hospital Ma nagement System’ of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese M edicine,and the case is pre-processed so that the case is screened and standardized,a nd then the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform(V2.5)is used’Clinical Collection System’ and "Platform Management System’,established ’Professor Lou’s Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Database’,and finally used the ’Report Statistics System’ and ’Data Analysis System’ of the system,based on association rules and in proved mutual information method,Complex system entropy clustering,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,and other advanced data mining methods and rules,per form‘Disease Statistics’,‘Symptom Statistics’,‘Medicine Frequency Statistics’,and‘F our Qi’on the entered cases.Statistics on the frequency of Wuwei,Guijing,etc.,as well as statistics on the formulas of the analysis of‘core drug analysis’and‘new pre scription analysis’.Results:A total of 203 cases were included in this study,involving 172 patients,and the total number of medical visits was 672.Among them,83 were male patients and 89 were female patients.The overall age distribution was 23-89 years.There are 41 kinds of traditional Chinese and western medicine diseases,37 kinds of syndrome s,and 261 medicine tastes.Among the drugs,the tonifying and replenishing medicinal accounted for the largest proportion,of which about 50%of the total drug use frequ ency belonged to high-frequency core drugs,with a total of 24;the drug’Four Qi’ m ainly consisted of warm,cold and flat drugs.The medicine ’Five Flavors’ is mainly s weet,bitter,spicy,and sour.In the medicine‘Meridian Entry’,the medicines that refe r to the liver meridian,spleen meridian,kidney meridian,lung meridian,stomach meri dian,and heart meridian are mainly used;97 common drug combinations and 56 sets of association rules between commonly used drugs were obtained,and 4 core drug co mbinations were obtained.The most core combination was ’Twotooth Achyranthes Roo t,Largehead AtractylodesRhizome,Common Macrocarpium Fruit,Szechuan Lovage Rhiz ome,Common Yam Rhizome,Indian Buead’;application Based on the entropy cluster ing rules,a total of 34 potential core drug combinations and 17 potential new prescri ptions were obtainedConclusion:①Professor Lou’s dialectical characteristics when treating patients wit h type 2 diabetes are:diversified syndromes,non-discriminatory outlines;both positive and evil are distinguished,and the specimens are comprehensive;detailed disease loc ation,internal organs Same discrimination.②The characteristics of the medication are attack and supplement and apply,the inverse is correct;the medicine safe and effecti ve;the cold and heat are coherent,and the bias is moderate;the three flavors are reu sed to target the pathogenesis.③Compatibility features:when the medicine is used pr operly,it includes four drug pairs:Szechuan Lovage Rhizome-Danshen Root,stir-fried Largehead AtractylodesRhizome-Indian Buead,Membranous Milkvetch Root-Common Y am Rhizome,Twotooth Achyranthes Root-Medicinal Cyathula Root.④The characteristi cs of the organizing party can be summarized as twelve words,that is,’Use traditiona l therapeutic principle,make minor adjustments to the mechanism of disease,and mak e identification from a microscopic perspective’.⑤Among the potential new parties,th ere were 8 new parties that were finally selected,namely ’Danshen Root,Membranous Milkvetch Root,Cape Jasmine Fruit,Common Yam Rhizome’,’Divaricate Saposhnik ovia Root,Prepared Common Monkshood Daughter Root,Cassia Twig,South Dodder Seed,Epimedium Herb’,’Himalayan Teasel Root,Hiraute Shiny Bugleweed Herb,In dia Madder Root,Coastal Glehnia Root’,’Gambir Plant,chrysanthemum,Common Sel fheal Fruit-Spike,Sea-ear
